According to the census Makati is the richest barangay in the Philippines w/ a median annual income for a family of 6 at the mid 500k pesos per annum. I love Makati though bec. everything is right there....malls, gimmick, offices....

in fairness, makati boasts of great malls, wonderful hang outs and booming business center. the crowd is okay... and yes... it has B's all over!

for me, makati has everything. my home is here, my office... and the places that i need to visit are all here. no need to leave my sanctuary...

Malls are 15mins within reach. Almost walking distance sa The Fort. Public Transpo isn't that bad. Waaahhh.. gusto ko nang umuwi!

I was born in M.M but I was raised in Makati. My home is near at Montojo and Primo Rivera. Nung mga 19+ years lang ako tsaka naglakakawatsa sa mga mall sa makati hehehe!! but I didn't go to night club or bar in Makati cause I'm don't have a night life but I'm proud to be Makati girl....sa Makati la gaano usok di tulad sa Divisoria grabe daming kalat, usok, tao na walang modo well, di lahat. Di ko naman sinasabi na malinis yung Makati....in some part oo but in some part of Makati also di gaano malinis tulad ng riles ng train band sa sa buendia. All I can say is it is nice and convenient way to stay and live in Makati hehehehe!!

i'm from san pedro pero my almost half of my life sa makati ako coz dito ako nag college and dito rin ako nag wowork and hopefully i can find a place here.. pero anyway people.. i really need your opinion about something... and i know most people of makati are broad minded so eto na..

people in laguna mga kababayan mga ate and kuya help nyo naman ako got this problem.. need an advice..

meron kasi ako nakakasabay sa bus pauwi we are both workin in Makati kasi.. and usually nakakasabay ko cia especially when least expected.. the thing is i really like this girl and want to know her.. as in i'm really serious bout it.. the problem is i know yung odds ko medyo negative kasi.. indi kami mag kakilala.. though one time nakatabi ko na cia but dedma naman ako anyway.. the odds is.. mauuna cia baba sakin kasi sa may muntinlupa pa cia and ako sa sa pedro.. ang plan ko is pag baba nya.. make a brief and as much as possible make it as nice para mafeel nya that i mean no harm or something..

pero in reality i know mahirap... but kung indi ko naman itatry wala din diba.. i know meron kayo different opinions about this pero in the end the problem will be.. pano ko malalaman kung indi ko itatry.. i never done this pa kasi my whole life.. i always respect privacy.. pero i don't know what i feel.. somehow.. i feel kelangan ko gawin or maging restless nanaman ako dahil indi ko ginawa.. what do you think people?

I'm from makati also. We've been staying here since I was on my first grade and I'm turning 23 now. I think it's been 15 years now. I'm from Palanan, Makati. I also work here and it's good 'cause i travel for 15-30 mins. only. There's no place like Makati.

From what I have heard, naging mayor na si sir, si maam (o si doktora), susunod is junior. May katapusan ba iyan, palitan na lang kaya to Binay City instead of Makati City?

Talo pa ng mga Binay si Marcos sa tagal sa poder, baka naman gusto nila iyong record ng mga Cuneta sa Pasay.

Wala na bang mas magaling sa Makati kaysa kay Binay?

Me, Makati isnt my hometown but Im livin here for five years now.
A condominium owned by Binays.

And I must say, its great living in the heart of the city.

Kaya lang boring sa Makati pag Sunday..parang dead city.
