    hello mga sirs and mams!

    ask ko lang sana kung ok lang uminom ng whey protein and doing 200 push ups a day. hindi continues yung 200 counts ah. basta in a day eh nakaka 200.

    so na coconsume ka ba yung protein na naiinom ko by that? while taking that whey protein, less na rin carb intake ko. pati ulam.

    sana walang side effect...

    ^ Ok good point but can you please explain if one lost weight but body comp remained the same so the person still remained soft despite shrinking in size, can that sill be classified as "tone" ?

    How can you be toned when you still have fat and not muscle?

    pa OT ako pede yaw ko narin po kasi gumawa ng thread bout my concern .. kayo ba how do u induce sleep?? Lang araw na ko hirap matulog hayy .. more or less 5 hours nalang tulog ko araw araw workout or non workout days... lam ko kasi napakalaking role ng sleep and rest especially wen ur in bodybuilding/weightlifting.. ill pretty much appreciate sa mga my mga suggestions/advice/tips nyo..

    something that works well for me...500mg of vitamin c 30 mins before bedtime

    Make sure the room is dark since this increases the production of melatonin in the body which is the hormone responsible for inducing sleep.


    The amount of melatonin we produce is determined by how dark or light our surroundings are. Our eyes have specialized light-sensitive receptors that relay this message to a cluster of nerves in the brain called the suprachiasmatic nucleus, or SCN. The SCN sets our internal biological clock, also called our circadian rhythm, which regulates a variety of body functions including sleep.

    Melatonin is made from an amino acid called tryptophan. When our surroundings are dark, the SCN tells the pineal gland to produce melatonin, which is thought to trigger sleep. Some melatonin is also made in the stomach and intestines.

    archer_dude13- parang narinig ko na nga yan bodyclock na yan .. try ko mag search something more bout jan tnx sir..

    blakedaddy- sinubukan ko na rin un sir blake pinilit ko matulog ng 11 or 12 pero aun 3 or 3:30 parin ako nakatulog.. nakatinggala ako sa kisame madamag lol.

    Medyo self-explanatory ang bodyclock...Sanay iyung katawan mo na matulog na sobrang late. Changes in lifestyle lalo na kung ano madalas ginagawa mo bago matulog ang kailangan para ma-"adjust" din iyung bodyclock mo.
