    Speaking of canned tuna, what i do is I drain half or more than a half of the oil then isasalang ko sa kawali then add 1-2 eggs kung mainit na. Mas masarap siya at mas madaling kainin, not to mention may added protein pa.

    Try niyo rin yung corned tuna nang san marino.

    ^ the only thing with san marino tuna is that mas mababa yung protein content nya compared to century tuna.

    i wonder why.

    kaya no choice ako but to go with century tuna.


    ma try rin nga yung tuna na may halong itlog.

    hirap din talaga akong kumain ng purong canned tuna lang. hopefully may mag suggest pa dito ng mga ibang ways pa para madaling kainin yung canned tuna.

    guys ano ma suggest niyo sa program ko. 1 month palang ako nag gygym.

    3x a week po ang nag woworkout

    1st day: (sunday)

    bench press - 5x5 (50lbs)
    inclined press - 5x5 (50lbs)
    declined - 5x5 (50lbs)
    db pullover - 5x5 (50lbs)


    day 2 (tuesday)
    deadlift 5x5 (80lbs)
    squat 5x5 (80lbs)
    leg press 5x5 (100lbs)

    day 3 (friday)
    military press 5x5 (50lbs)
    db upright row 5x5 (20lbs each)
    ez bicep curl 5x5 (50lbs)
    hammer curl 5x5 (20lbs each)

    MEAL.
    breakfast
    1 can of tuna or chicken breast
    1 scoop of ON whey

    after workout
    2 scoops of ON whey

    lunch
    1 cup of rice and ulam

    afternoon
    2 boiled eggs

    dinner
    1cup of rice and ulam.


    height : 5'5
    weight 64kg

I bought a twinlab amino fuel 2000 last night, pero when I opened it medyo di maganda *** amoy and meron mga brown dots all over the table... ganun b **** un? am thinking na baka sira... di ko muna ininom... binalik ko dun sa store, sbe gnun daw **** un at balik nlng daw ako bukas para mconfirm dun sa opisina nila.. thanks guys... ur feedback is much appreciated.. tnxxx2.

    ok naman ako sa weight ko 60-65kg range. now im 64kg, gusto ko mas ma lessen yung fat and mas defined lalo na sa chest and shoulders kaya mas marami yung chest and shoulders workout ko.

    sir ano ba pwede mong ma suggest, im doing weight lifting for more than a year sa bahay lang, may pair of db ako, ngayon lang ako nagstart mag gym, 1 month palang. thanks

    Lift heavier and do less movement.. the heavy weight and volume (total reps and sets) will improve your definition simply because lifting heavier weight requires more muscle stimulation and energy.. saka honestly, I haven't seen anyone who has good definition lifting a total of 50 lbs..
