^ Wag ka mahiya magtanong. Nung newbie ako marami naman nagtuturo sa akin..ipakita mo lang na dedicated ka sa pagbubuhat mo tapos kaibiganin mo lang sila, ok na.
Non-issue yung mataba ka, mahina or kahit ano pa man. Yung mga 'pros' nagbubuhat more often than not passionate yan sa pagbubuhat at more than willing to share some insights on training.

choker001... paki tandaan lang na ang weightloss is more on the diet ah. parang 80% is diet and 20% is real effort on physical activity. And also Please curb your expectations. Generally safe na maglose ng weight is 2lbs a week. In that rate, mga around after 30lbs (for most people ito ah) or 4 months into the program ka makakakita ng visual results. So far naman after lang ng 2 weeks makakaramdam ka na ng personal health benefits.
