^ di naman kelangan talaga, its just a very efficient tool in building strength and lean muscle

ah alright. so any advice on how to maximize the use of my dumbbells? I can buy more plates to add up to its weight. I tried doing exercises to target my traps, deltoids, and lats na I found online. I used to do it twice a week. then I stopped kasi naisip ko baka I'm not doing the right thing ( wrong exercises, wrong weights). so I'm presently doing cardio everyday lang for about an hour hoping na lumiit pa ang love handles ko.

^ Just my opinion: your trying to dig a hole with a spoon with that approach

If you have better equipment, you'll be able to build muscle more efficiently and that is the tool for fatloss, not endless cardio

mejo may umay factor na kase.. plus its already discouraging after stalling for the second time and starting again for a 3rd time if ever.. parang gusto ko ng iba muna bago bumalik ulit..

    ALso

Im gaining more strength but im not exactly making muscle gains except on my legs.. my arms are still skinny

aling assistance work ba if ever can place more load on my arms? or is their any way to tweak those available in the manual.. ive been doing boring but big btw

that's why the template was called boring but big... so expect na may umay factor talaga...

How about doing pullups and dips as assistance work?? if you can do these +weight for reps, your arms will definitely grow.

    Can you already do pullups???

also, baka naman you're also expecting to make as much gains as you do in your squat and dl in the other movements?? mas madali talaga mag gain sa squats at deads

hmm.. good point sa boring but big. lol

i do chinups, anu ba diff nun sa pull ups? yun ba yung grip with the palms outward?

i can do dips with weights but still having a hard time with chinups.. i can only do 6-7 per set instead of 10..

    so i guess triumverate naman

look for v 2.0 as it offers a ton of variants. Remember, use your energy primarily for the main movements and use the assistance movements to strengthen weak links but don't get obssessed over them, that's the #1 mistake of many people on the 5/3/1

i think this is a bit off topic: i'm from laguna and i'm going to have my practicum in makati for a month only (april-may). I've been working out in laguna so i still want to continue working out in manila, so is there a gym that offers a rate just for one month only? TIA

Your abs and lower back are always working to stabilize your body so you aren't really giving them time to recover... something to think about
