goodluck with this, dami rin taong nagkakaproblema sa calves.

So advisable po talaga maggym?

  4. #2404
^Advisable mag-gym parekoy.

What's your life style? How often do you jog and how long per session?

O kaya, you eat a lot of fried and salty food.

isa pa, bawasan mo kinakain mo at dapat no fried, no fats!!

maglaga ka ng halimbawa ng Spinach! a dash of iodized salt, yun na!

I'm following the StrongLifts program for 3 weeks now and here's my current stats:

    Squats - 90
    Bench - 80
    Deadlift - 120
    Military Press - 60
    Pendlay Rows - 80

I am having a hard time doing the bench press and especially the military press. As for squats, pendlay and deadlift they seemed to be lighter for me. What do I need to do to get stronger on the bench press and military press?

    ^simple answer: form check.

Daydreamer, pinaka best is check nya eating habits nya and lift more weights..

kailangan mo din mag sit ups coupled with cardio exercise.

  16. #2416
^ so kung di mag cardio di papayat or di lalabas abs?

sumakit *** lower back ko after last friday workout doing squat, bench and deads, should i be worried? i think i need a form check? pero im guessing it's my body stance, medyo liyad kse yung normal stance ko, and also, i have felt this kind of lower back pain even before na hindi pa ako nagwo-workout (mga 3-4 times na), like long period standing, and malayuang lakaran, ganitong ganito yung pain.

ang squat ko pala as of now is 170lbs sa deads ay 180lbs excluding bar weights... any ideas? should i skip squatting tomorrow? until the pain goes away maybe on wed?

When it comes to ab-showing, losing body fat is most effective way. I'm now seeing hints of my "abs" (the structure is there but not quite firm to be actually called abs).

Although what happened to me was I lost so much fat and gained so little muscle since my diet is highfiber (whole wheat bread, veggies, fruits, few meats and eggs + lots of water) and that diet is for weight loss, not muscle gain.
