Guys Don't be too eager when You See The word "WEIGHT LOSS"
because there are many components of your body when you say Weight..

guys question: effective din ba to sa mga lalake? kasi umiinom ako nito and I am a guy para maging lean ang body ko since nag gi gym ako. Iba ang effect nya kasi sakin. instead na hindi ako ganahan , mas lalo akong ginaganahan sa pag kain though hindi ako nakakaramdam ng gutom pero pag kumain ako same apetite pa din. Antukin ako which is sabi ng Iba dito hindi ka aantukin at very hyper ka, pero hindi ganun ang effect sakin.
Bottomline ang effect nya sakin ay kabaliktaran sa mga na experience nyo. though kaka start ko pa lang naman at paubos na ang first box ko do you think kaylangan ko pang pag patuloy ang pag inom?
sa ngayon maintain naman ang weight ko,. hindi ako nag ge gain i think because of the work out that i am doing. hindi ko lang kasi talaga alam kung may kinalaman yung ingridients ng kape sa hormones. baka nakakapag papayat sya because of estrogen.
