makakaramdam ka ng panghihina nyan,,pero sa iba, iba yung effect nagiging energetic naman daw sila. madalas ka uhawin nyan so dapat lagi kang may handang tubig, pag nanghina ka inom ka lang madami baka mahilo ka.

@burger&fries: kahit po bago kang kain mararamdaman mo yung panghihina, i think dahil sa process na nangyayari sa loob... pinapabilis pagtunaw ng pagkain and fats. and oo dapat kahit di nakakaramdam ng gutom kumain pa din,..kahit konti, kahit wlang gana pilitin kahit konti lang..hehe mas mahirap pag nagkaulcer.

actually, energetic ako nung nainom ko to. hyper. ***** kasi athletic dina ko. haha! chaka i eat three meals a day padin. nothin has changed except that i dont crave for junkfoods anymore. and i drink lots of water na so glowing din skin mo. mukang in love haha. promotes healthy lifestyle for me
