For me, my top picks are Godiva and Cassleen's Whitening Soaps.

Cassleen's Soaps are very fragrant, available in fruity and foodsy variants. They used to sell their soap called Pina Colada. Its the best smelling whitening soap I've ever smelled. Their scents are out of this world. ive been using whitening soaps for 10 years and ONLY they make such fragrant soaps.
