nagexam ako dito nung february.. first part is aptitude exam, second is programming (written) and third is interview.. sa interview ako nadale hehe..

sa mga nagtatanong tungkol sa programming, kahit anong language pwede basta maintindihan lang. kahit pseudocode or combinations ng ibat-ibang language pwede

I took your pre-employment exams and interview, and received a job offer as a Programmer/Analyst post. Sasaki is right - the offer is too low, considering that your pre-employment process is too competitive and as far as I remember, in our batch of examinees, we were 25+ and only 4 of us made it to the FIRST exam only. I don't know if the others also made it to the second and the interview.

During the offer, when the manager mentioned the initial salary offer, deep inside, I wanted to immediately decline it, but I said I have to think about it first. Then after a day or 2, I formally declined it.

Kung nalaman ko lang ang offer noon pa, hindi na ako mag-eexplore for hiring process sa INFOMAN. I know I have an above average IQ, logic, and technical skills at ang mababang salary ay hindi sapat sa kakayanan kong ito.

Sige, sabihin na nating fresh graduate lang ako, pero marami ibang companies na kayang tapatan ng higit na mas malaki ang offer niyo, with greater benefits, better environment, and good training.

Kaya kung ako sa management niyo, lalakihan ko ang offer for fresh grad, since kaunti lang naman ang pumapasa sa exam niyo. Sayang kasi ang mga above average applicant na nag-decline ng offer dahil sa mababang salary. Pwede sila maging asset ng company niyo.

madali lang yung first exam, basta mabilis lang ang mata at pag-iisip mo kung ano ang susunod. Hint: Hulaan nyo na lang pag sa tingin nyo matatagalan kayo sa pagsosolve.
