hi guys!
we'll be starting our class (officially) this tues kasi. we only had orientations last week (MIA ako. haha) =/
@13cent boss ako din pa email ng magic notes ni sir sababan. i'll PM you my email. thank you!
what to expect?
1st week
- new friends, tapos mamamalayan mo na isa isa na sila mawawala as the sem goes by..
- kailangan magbasa ka 5-7 hours a day, (well, isang beses ko pa lang ginagawa yun kasi halos lahat ng prof ko nung first week, either free cut o this coming week pa yung assigned readings)..
1st week! I survived! haha..
wala na ba yung lawphil website? parang laging down.
Ano maganda libro for constitution?
Guys, I have a question about this provision on Property.
(6) Animal houses, pigeon-houses, beehives, fish ponds or breeding places of similar nature, in case their owner has placed them or preserves them with the intention to have them permanently attached to the land, and forming a permanent part of it; the animals in these places are included;
Who is the owner being referred here? The owner of the animal houses, etc. or the owner of the land?
So if a lessee built a horse ranch on a rented land with degree and intent of permanence, would it be a movable or an immovable property?
![]()
Intention ng owner ng animals ang controlling, with the following qualification: "with the intention to have them permanently attached to the land, and forming a permanent part of it."
Kung lessee ang owner ng animal house & the animals, the character of his possession of the land is not permanent, hence, it is presumed that he has no intention to make the animals a permanent part of the land, hence, it's movable. Of course, kahit hindi permanent ang character ng possession ng land ng owner ng animals, if he intended the animals to be part of the land, the animals will be treated as immovable.
good day!
i want to take the advantage of this thread.
this was what happened to me.
i was waling a night ago then a guy in his twenty's called me and introduced himself. i too, quitely hesitant introduced also myself. he asked me if what was my trip, i said i want to be blown job. he said he would do that if i would perform that also to him.
then it happened inside their comfort room. after we has come out the CR, his cousin, who is a police saw us. the guy whom i performed with said that i "BJ" him(though he did it also to me). when his cousin was interrogating me, the guy asked me a money costing php5,000(though it is not part of our negotiation. what would happen is just pure "BJ: and nothing else. money is not involved). being a student i don't have that much. so he agreed to lend him my php500 in my pocket and my cellphone. when i didn't give him any, he called his father also a police. the guy told his father to come over in order to take me to the police headquarters. i was really feared so i lend those. he told me that the next morning we'll meet again (he told me the place where) for negotiation. i didn't go there.
here is my question,
since his relatives including his father are polices, am i liable for violating the law? lumalabas kasi na call boy ang dating nya.
could they arrest me for not paying him exactly?
and lastly:
if that guy comes back to me and threatened me to be arrested by his father, what is the best thing i should do?
thank you very very much
A few years back when I hear a significant number of law students voluntarily leaving law school come 2nd and sometimes even 3rd year, I thought they're people who aren't interested/serious in the first place.
Kahit na gustong gusto mo maging abugado, the process in becoming one is very tedious and requires utmost endurance and a lot of sacrifice.
tanong: totoo ba na yung top 10 o top 9 this recent bar exams na taga arellano eh kick out ng ateneo or san beda yata..![]()
^yes. He was a former ateneo law student.
