My goals are basically to lose fat, gain lean muscle and build strength. I've been doing mostly bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats and lunges and would like to progress to additional resistance training. Kettlebells seem to be a promising step up. I eventually intend to start actual strength training with barbells though.

. So guys please, Master your basics first. Better one good rep, then ten incorrect.
So I went back to basics and trying to perfect my swings and my one arm swings. I even bought pairs of KBs, only to find out that the starter set (16, 24 and 32) I had was enough to last me for months. Working with doubles will only come when I am able to complete 30 minute routines with a 32Kg bell.
