AMDATEX, in Las Pinas? Comments Please

It's name is low on recall but it's allegedly been in existence for more than two years.

Feedbacks about this BPO will be highly appreciated. (I need them to weigh my options.)

eto ang unang company na napagtrabahuan ko way back 2005, pero hindi rin ako nagtagal, minimum wage dito e, ewan ko lang ngayun baka may mga bonus na rin

Ive been with this company from 2004..I only lasted about a year..yup, minimun wage nga dito. the line of work is basically processing documents, some editing and typing like a data encoder..sobra kuripot ng company na to..walang regularization..contractual basis lang pag natapos yung contract mo irerenew lang nila or worst hindi na din..kaya walang benefits like a regular employee..sobrang dami pa ng ot..

I've seen the compound or the site and from the looks of it, it surely is different from most contact centers.

Much as I don't want to pre-judge based on the form, I went in and from early indications, the inside offices are clean though not as well appointed as most contact centers.

From your comments here, it might not too presumptuous to say that the compensation package will surely be different from what one would expect from most contact centers.

If you are a fresh grad and looking for experience, JUST EXPERIENCE, okay ang ADEC.

If you are a breadwinner, ADEC is NOT for you.
Increase of wages takes years to implement.
You will have to render 5 years of employment with them and have acquired a high task position like LINELEAD before being declared as a regular.
You have to render 1 year of employment with them before you can avail of medical benefits.
If just in case you have acquired the medical benefit, immediate families are not covered.
Punishments are immediately implemented, but don't expect rewards for perfect performance.
Dental and Derma benefits are not covered.
I have rendered 1 and a half year of employment with them but I am still at the minimum wage.

This is the worst ever company that i had applied.Nasayang ang panahon at pera ko dito. At

kayo din mismo. Biruin niyo complete kana sa requirements na submit na lahat then sasabihin

na lang nila na tatawagan ka nalang kung kelan mag start wala man lang kami pinirmahan na

contract kaya walang assurance kung makakapasok ka pa. i asked her kung kelan kami tatawagan

then sabi niya by nextweek pero ALMOST 2months NA! naka ilang follow up na ako. Yun ang sabi

sa amin ng BABAE PANGO ANG ILONG, MATAGYAWAT ANG MUKHA NA BUTAS BUTAS NA!.

Pioneer ako dito. Yes, minimum wage lang. If may pamilya ka, wag ka na umasa dito. Talong talo ka. Siguro before nung umpisa kami maluwag po, I don't ngayon. Wala ka talagang benefits na makukuha dito.

If newly grad ka, pwede ka dito kung *** ka ibang mapasukan at ayaw mo muna mag call center. Petiks lang dito kase puro documents lang. The hell with quota ndi naman nasusunod. Kaya kung gusto mo lang kumita ng minimal kesa tumambay ka, pwede na sa iyo ito pang-inom at pang-yosi.

I have nothing against the company, its just that malaki ang kinikita nila pero kuripot. Pwede lang talagang experience na ndi ka ma-stress bago ka maghanap ng big time.

Minimum wage nga sa AMDATEX(ADEC), petiks lang ang trabaho dun tga-process lang ng documents. Perfect ito para sa mga fresh graduates na nahihirapan maghanap ng trabaho.

Hi po... Bgo plang ako here. May Alam ba kayo na hiring na medical transcriptionist or encoder yung no experience is required? But I have an experience in transcription yun nga lang 6mo. lang... tas sa encoder wala pa. Wala kasi akong mkita sa net eh... May hiring ba now sa AMDATEX??
