Yes, affected nga kami. We got the MAS eTicket for our KUL-BOM one week before our departure while our BOM-KUL eTickets were sent TWO days before our departure! Sulit naman yung tension namin kasi P4,500 lang yung AirAsia ticket namin, nalipat kami sa Malaysian Airlines!

    Hi Guys,

Hope someone can help me. It's my first time to try AirAsia this June I just have a few questions regarding unchecked bags. Sabi sa website ng AirAsia:

Passengers (except infants) are allowed two (2) items of baggage to be carried on board. The items of baggage may be a combination of any two of the following: cabin bag or a laptop bag or a handbag. The cabin bag shall not exceed the dimensions of 56cm X 36cm X 23cm and must not weigh more than 7kg.

Subject to the prevalent applicable local laws and regulations passengers may take liquids on board in their hand luggage provided they meet the following restrictions:
    1. The liquid is in a container with a maximum volume of 100ml
    2. That all liquid containers meeting the maximum volume of 100ml each can be fitted comfortably into a transparent, re-sealable 1 litre plastic bag
The plastic bag should be presented separately at security. You may be required to dispose of liquids which do not meet the above requirements.

Question #1: So I can bring two bags na pasok sa dimensions and weight restrictions nila, tama ba?
Question #2: Can we still include liquids sa hand carry? Based on AirAsia kasi pwede. But from DMIA's website bawal daw. So bawal ba talaga? We're going on an international flight kaya I just wanted to make sure.

    http://www.dmia.ph/faq.htm
Prohibited Items: The list of prohibited items has been expanded to include all liquid substances such as beverages, lotion, shampoo, toothpatse, gels astringents and other items of similar consistency. These items shall be placed in the check-in luggage and shall be confiscated if found at the final screening point.

    Thank you.

^^^ It's either a handbag + laptop bag OR handbag + cabin bag OR laptop bag + cabin bag, NOT two cabin bags with the given dimensions and maximum weight of 7 kg.

You are allowed to handcarry liquid toiletries in 100ml containers (not 100 ml in a one liter container) that will all fit in ONE ziplock (please check dimensions of plastic bag).

Thank you rickydmd! So wag ko nalang pansinin yung nakalagay sa website ng DMIA? Basta all liquids/gels in 100ml containers in one ziplock bag and I should be fine?

i heard na may mga free shuttle bus na ang AA esp kung passenger ka from Dau Bus terminal to DMIA. Is this true? what time po ba mga byahe nila. I have a flight CRK-KL at 11:05am. are these buses already waiting there say by 8am to catch the 3 hr intended time for an international flight?

btw po, musta lately mga IO sa clark arirport? ganun pa din ba? in case mag ka prob ka, sino po ba or ano dapat tawagan to ask for help, esp kung alam mo naman na wala kang problema para pigilan mag byahe.

    thanks

^^ liquids are ok to handcarry as long they don't exceed the 100ml limit per item. for checked in baggage, no limit as long they're packed securely (will not spill, etc), but also wag lang in commercial quantity.

will be riding air asia for the first time in a few months. pareho lang ba ng cebu pac na may available na food sa airplane pero binebenta?

  18. #2098
^ yes. pero you can pre-order. minsan kasi konti na lang or wala ng natitira sa hot meals nila kasi siyempre priority yung nag pre-order. di ko rin maalala if may binebenta silang chips, noodles just like sa 5J. Coke sigurado ako meron kasi yun lang lagi kong binibili bukod sa hot meals haha

Yes, they have hot meals and chips/sandwiches for sale on-board. Check their menu:
