what is low rate for you?
As the physically weak man can make himself strong by careful and patient training, so the man of weak thoughts can make them strong by exercising himself in right thinking.

You might want to walk and look around to check out existing gyms for yourself. That way, you know how to get there and you also get to haggle the rates. Plus its cardio na din.

is transformers gym good? because i gym at palms country club but when i bring my friends with me it's way too expensive and they have no flat bench and power cages puro smith machine and i really want to go free weights since it's the most effective way.

just a walk-in-gym with free weights nothing special. because i can't do a monthly fee the reason being i'll be having classes soon and i'd have to leave paranaque and if i did a monthly rate i would be wasting the remaining days.

Hi, I've been trying to find a good gym around BF area with plenty of available equipment (ie. treadmills). The Yellow Corner near Starbucks is more of boxing/martial arts (wala silang machines), and yung sa DNK apat lang ata treadmills nila dun. Yung sa The Village sportsclub sa El Grande mukhang exclusive at mamahalin, so it's been a real challenge trying to find a good gym for me.

I'm more of a runner (5k) but I like to keep track of my progress so I prefer the treadmill the most. My last resort is yung Fitness First sa SM Southmall kaso I don't have a car. Any more gyms that you know of, anyone? Thanks
