Hi Mandyko,
This is your profile you posted so allow me to ask which may have been considered by the consul:
yun sa akin po kasi ay invite ako ng boyfriend ko...canadian citizen po sya (real Canadian) may time deposit po ako from my mother. I am single... 30 years old. May 2 sisters ako sa US and then yun father ko. Hindi po ako nagwowork ngayon magpa 3 years na before nagwork ako as an employee for more than 5 years. Gastos po lahat ng boyfriend ko ifever makapunta ako sa Canada stable po yun job nya and then my savings naman sya....more than one year na po kami ng boyfriend ko and then twice na syang nakapunta ** sa amin.
1) When your Canadian bf sent his invitation letter, did he state that you're his girlfriend? And what are his supporting docs?
2) You mentioned that you've been jobless for 3 yrs, (if I understood your post right), and that's why you haven't showed any source of income. Kahit na isusuporta ka ng bf mo, the consul will still expect that ikaw maski papaano ay may source of income within the 3-yr span; --Ito ang pinaka-red flag malamang sa consul.
3) Yung TD mo, sa pangalan mo ba yun o sa mom mo? Granting na it's under your name, how much is it?
Madugo ang pag-fill out ng TRV application form, ang pag-grant ng visa nila will be entirely based on the answers you write on the forms and supported by the docs you submit. Hence, the consul wasn't satisfied with your answers and with your docs as he/she based your present circumstances on your answers and your papers. Actually your bf doesn't need a lawyer naman to ask for a reconsideration. You can always reapply. My uncle was denied last December because admittedly, sablay ang mga answers at docs na nasubmit nya dahil di consistent if iweweigh pareho ng isang consul officer, but he reapplied again this March dahil naayos ang mga points kung saan sya sumablay-- he was granted. Magrereconsider naman ang embassy as long as you prove the change in circumstances or correction of errors in your previous application
