Although i really get irritated at some of them (lalo na yung mga asal skwater sa daan), MC's have provided a lot with means of private transportation. Our family drivers, messengers, office workers, etc. rely on it for their daily needs and we get a lot of work done because of that mobility. Instead of banning them from major thoroughfares such as EDSA, what should be done really is to find ways to ensure properly trained drivers are at the wheel (just as with any vehicle). It's a given fact that the MC numbers will continue to grow.
Before, i used to be a total *** to MC riders but now i always make sure i give them the proper space on the road since ako din ang talo pag nagkabangaan kami. Now, by keeping cool and just giving way, saves me on a lot of stress and possible problems although i'd still get very agitated at those who touch my car when they're weaving through traffic; my new car now already has a light scratch due to a motorbike who tried to squeeze through in stopped traffic![]()
As a car driver, I personally like the MC lanes implemented since it gives me an idea of where to be more cautious of MCs, and i know where exactly they are going to stay most of the time when we're on the road.
