Let's resurrect this thread.
The Breen-JVG-Jackson trio was on hand in the Cleveland-New York game on ESPN earlier.
Some of his witty comments earlier:
1) When ESPN displayed the profile of Danilo Galinari, JVG said "Are we allowed to talk about another player other than Lebron? Aren't we violating some sort of tv broadcast ethics?"
2) On the upcoming 2010 LeBron sweepstakes
"He should sign with a contender for the minimum. In that way, the team would still have money to sign other players."
Mark Jackson replied "Maybe for the MLE."
On the Lakers-Mavs game a week ago:
1) mvp chants on Kobe by the LA crowd
"I want a mute button for the Staples Center crowd. It’s too early in the season, and it’s not like he’s having a great night.”

I love JVG as a commentator. I just hope that he will criticize his brother SVJ (Stan Van Jeremy) on national TV just once. I would love to hear that.

Anyway, his noisy and sometimes off-topic commentary is what makes
their trio of Jackson and Breen great. I love JVG. I just wish that he would criticize his brother Jeff this coming 2010.
