What are the great places to work for here in the Philippines, for those who are vying for the CFA track?
Anyone taking CFA level 1 this June?![]()
I'll take Level 1 this December, I already have the materials. Early-bird!![]()
Undergraduate here who's dreaming of CFA, and dreaming of taking it early (as early as now, =) did i say im just dreaming?)
I'm preparing for Level 2 as well. I thought reviewing for Level I (I passed it last December) was hard but the difficulty of the level 2 topics is on an entirely different level. More than a month to go na lang, nakakakaba na
Malaking tulong ang Schweser review materials![]()
Go to the CFA Institute Website to answer your question. The link is here.
Hey guys,
I'm currently self studying for CFA Level 1. What are the chances for me as an IT professional who don't have any background in finance??? Just wanna check if anyone here who has a similar situation but was able to pass. Thanks!
Nice. So pure self study ka lang? Nakakatulong ng malaki ang Schwesher notes? Bka may 2012 ka, makikishare sana if you dont mind.
I'll have my exam by Dec 2012 para mahaba prep. Thanks guys!![]()
Yes pure self study, my recommendation is to read the Schweser notes first kasi medyo sinulat siya para madaling maintindihan, then mag sample exams ka ng marami, more or less mas maiintindihan mo concepts, then browse/read the actual CFA material, then sample exams again. Also buy your calculator early para magamit mo na during your practice exams para super sanay ka na by exam day.
Ok naman magreview kasi ako I have regular work pero August ako nagstart magreview... then october na nagseryoso mag-aral... tumatambay talaga ako sa starbucks.
Our exam was in Crowne Plaza
About the 2012 notes, I think meron sa "Russia"![]()
Anyone who has the Schweser question bank for 2012 (Level I)?![]()
Me! Na-print ko na yung exam ticket ko... Buti na lang same location yung exam as Level I so madaling puntahan
I'm doing practice exams na... so far I get around 60-70% sa practice tests... hopefully before the exam umabot ng 80+% para may buffer...
