full time. kasi sabi ko day shift , nag apply ako sa glorietta 4 na job fair last week. tapos next day interview daw sa alphaland branch tagal ng ng interview siguro 4 hours ako dun dami tao eh. first exam na nasa papel mga 2 hours yun, sobrang hectic hirap! pero pumasa.

Technical knowledge of windows servers support like Windows 2K & Windows 2K3.
Web server administration (IIS 5.0 & IIS 6.0)
File Server administration ( Sharing & Security concepts)
Print Server administration
Backup Administration ( TSM)
IBM & HP hardware, SAN storage knowledge
Follow incident or request management process, perform initial classification, prioritization and attempt to resolve or fulfill the incident/request.
Assign or Route incident / request tickets to appropriate resolver groups and progress to closure with users.
Inform Knowledge Analyst where Knowledge is not available for the incident or request resolution or fulfillment. (This is a process gap on how to handle this interaction, this will come during
Record accurate details of calls (user, asset, resolution, user satisfaction information)
Assist Service Desk Analysts and Service Desk / Incident Controllers in the management of any issues through to conclusion.
Work with Service Desk / Incident Controllers in dealing with major incidents, owning, escalating and following through to conclusion.
Ensure correct deployment of escalation route for all operational & technical calls within Service Desk and Line 2 resolving groups.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Any Computer Related Courses.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
MCP, MCSE, MCSA, MCTS certification preferred.
