puro dispute sa salary at wala man lang allowance.. like in my case 16.5k ALL IN! kumusta **** ang tax db.. sales account pero pag nakabenta ka, wala ka man lang ni isang pirasong candy..
tpos ngayon hinahabol nila ako sa bond, WTF! eh sakit ng ulo lang ang buong stay dun..

If you love your career and want a high aim for it, please dont even try nor intent to get-in in this company. Some people say, it doesnt matter about the big pay as long as you are happy with the environment you are in. But not here, not in this company.

Non-Compete Agreement
Which means you cannot work within any line of business (in this case BPO) that this company have for 1 year after your cessation (discontinue) of employment in this company.

Cash Bond
It varies per contract or per program that you will be in for the company. They may give a gravity of 50,000php - 75,000php for the employee's cash bond during the duration of 1 complete working year.

I agree with this one.. but *** isang nagsabi na trying hard mag english mga employee dito? masabi mo kaya yan kung makakausap mo personally *** mga pioneer ng Tech-Team Ford account? dont take it generally..but about sa sinabi ni Azzido..yup think MULTIPLE times before signing a contract on this company..no meal allowance..no transpo allowance and no increase...low basic salary..network connections? applications? sad to say until now..no actions have been done yet..ewan ko kung ano ginagawa ng mga IT nila.. extremely slow network connection.. and a bunch of issues with the management.. good luck sa mga new hires dito..hehe!

full time. kasi sabi ko day shift , nag apply ako sa glorietta 4 na job fair last week. tapos next day interview daw sa alphaland branch tagal ng ng interview siguro 4 hours ako dun dami tao eh. first exam na nasa papel mga 2 hours yun, sobrang hectic hirap! pero pumasa.

tapos interview kayo by groups about yourself.
dun tinanong ko about the account dayshift local account daw meron. walang international na outbound dayshift. they offered me 10-11k sabi ko nga 14k since sahod ko yun dati. tapos nun next day punta daw ako sa RMKR sa may makati tabi ng building ng eperformax sa may buendia. forgot the name of the bldg.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring Operations, Incident Management and support of Level 1 Window Server administration tasks
Manage Active Directory 2003
Manage the system properties, system policies and services on active directory top level domain structure and to do administration on active directory lower level domain structure.
Manage AD groups ( Universal, Global, Domain Local)
Technical knowledge of windows servers support like Windows 2K & Windows 2K3.
Web server administration (IIS 5.0 & IIS 6.0)
File Server administration ( Sharing & Security concepts)
Print Server administration
Backup Administration ( TSM)
IBM & HP hardware, SAN storage knowledge
Follow incident or request management process, perform initial classification, prioritization and attempt to resolve or fulfill the incident/request.
Assign or Route incident / request tickets to appropriate resolver groups and progress to closure with users.
Inform Knowledge Analyst where Knowledge is not available for the incident or request resolution or fulfillment. (This is a process gap on how to handle this interaction, this will come during
Record accurate details of calls (user, asset, resolution, user satisfaction information)
