    ^hahaha.. pulubi talaga?

OT: If I were to choose between Baguio & Manila, I'll go for Baguio.
People there are more friendly! Almost everything you need is in once spot. Apparently pollution is building up as well in that city, but as compared here in Manila, Baguio is way better..

Plus, you don't have to use AC there.
I'd like to live there too someday.

THEY BRAKE ON ANIMALS and THEY LET PEOPLE CROSS THE STREET FIRST!

Well I just want to know what parts of Baguio do you guys suggest that I look into?

which part of the city is best for living, im not really particular about budget, and if there are places that has low rent yet great neighborhood.

    thanks in advance
Try the neighborhoods that still have good forest cover, but that means getting farther from the CBD. They're also a bit pricey, places like Amparo and Bakakeng have good neighborhoods with nice views but I assume rent is also higher. Students usually prefer Trancoville or Aurora Hill because its relatively close to SLU. You could also try the Gibraltar area near Mines View but that's a bit far from the CBD. It depends on your preference, really. Like any city Baguio has areas that attract certain income brackets and attend to certain tastes.

Oh, the stress in Manila runs thick in the atmosphere. That's one the appeals Baguio has for me, especially if you grew up there and you know some people - it still has that "small-town" vibe (or maybe I'm just being naive). There are many facets to Baguio, and I think that contributes to its cosmopolitan nature - it could easily be an enclave for the arts as a center for commerce. I will admit, a lot has changed, especially during the recovery post-1990, many things have been done that shouldn't have and perhaps it is irreversible, but nothing beats the charm of waking up to a cold December morning, watching the fog lift from bellow the valley.

haayy... work in a callcenter tapos tumira dun.

    What's the elevation there?

Nevermind. I looked it up, it's about the same as here. In that case endurance training would be great if they had facilities.
