para sa mga mommies na magcecelebrate ng Birthday Party nila sa McDo Pateros o kaya Baptismal Party paalala lang base on my experience nagcelebrate ng baptismal Party doon yung baby ko at walang kakwenta kwenta sabi nila may banner pero wala naman tpos ang mga tables pa dikit dikit at ang supervisor napakayabang nagpadagdag kami ng food kung umasta at ang service ng mga crew walang kwenta din grabe puro sakit lang ng ulo inabot namin 30 minutes inantay yung food samantalang fully paid namin yun ang linaw linaw ng usapan tapos parang isquater ang ayos walng kabuhay buhay kung hindi lang fully book Jollibee nagjollibee sana kami. yun lang kasi ang malapit sa simbahan. Ayoko ng maulit ang nangyari sa amin sa iba halos 10k nagastos namin tapos ganun lang haysss ang sama nila after ng nangyari never na akong bumili sa MCDO Pateros. Yung ibang branch naman ng MCDO okay ang service.

we also have that same experience before, sa Jollibee dito sa amin naman (South Luzon area) when we celebrate my brother's birthday two years ago.. excatly one month before his birthday nag pa-book na kami, then when his birthday came, nagtaka kami kasi balloons lang nakalagay, wala man lang tarpoulin or happy birthday signage.. basta na lang sinalpak sa bulletin board yung pangalan ng celebrant, wala man lang ka design design samantalang nung nagcelebrate ng 6th birthday yung sister ko dun last 2006, super laki ng tarpoulin nila..tagal rin magserve ng pagkain para sa kids, ang tagal naghintay then di pa tapos kumain yung ibang kids eh nagsimula na agad ng games so yung iba di na nakakain mabuti..di rin maganda mag host yung mga crew dun..then nung uwian na, nagkuhaan na ng baloons, napansin namin na pinatungan na lang ng sulat ng pentel pen yung name.. ibang name yung nakalagay dun tapos pinatungan na lang..Pagdating sa bahay, di talaga ko makatiis.. hinanap ko sa internet yung website nila then gumawa ako ng letter of complaint..A week after, pumunta sa bahay yung staff nila then nag apologize and nag explain personally dahil sa nangyari..sabi nung mga staff, tinanggal raw ng manager yung mga maghost dun sa party..after ng pag uusap, sabi namin ok na naman sa amin yun at least nag apologize sila at nag exert ng effort..Lessons learned! sana lang wag na lang maulit sa iba yun.

San ba ako pwedeng mgcomplain sa web?? kase yung website naman ng mcdo walang kwenta at di ko din mahanap email add for customer service. help naman thanks:-)

^dapat sa pinaka headquarters ka ng mcdo mag file ng complain,para mas malaman ng mga nasa posisyon na yung iba nilang branch eh palpak ang service.

kung napagusapan talaga before ng occassion na kasama yung tarp at wala silang na-produce na tarp eh dapat ka talaga magreklamo! pero mas mahalaga syempre yung bad service na nakuha mo galing sa kanila. alam ko sa lahat ng party mapa-mcdo man o jollibee dapat may tarp na kasama di ko alam bat ganun syo? nagbayad ka naman dapat sana naging professional sila sa pakikitungo syo.

ako sa jollibee nagpa-reserve 3 months before my daughter's birthday. sana lang walang maging problema.

Send a complaint letter addressed to the manager of the McDo branch. Send the exact same letter to their head office.

my gosh, ano ba namang mcdo un... kung ako lang hah, dun ako mismo mag-ko-complain, as in after the party itself (kase kakahiya naman sa mga bisita kung during the party eh)... i will demand an explanation from the manager on duty... pero dahil tapos na un, siguro report na lang sa main branch... sa sobrang inis ko sa nangyari seyo ni-research ko ang contact number at address nila (can't find an email address eh...)

I am so very thankful that they have supported me all the way from preparations up to the end of the party... The party turn out so wonderful & classy that every guest was so contended (busog) and happy enjoying the said event... Very creative ang 2 party assistants in helping me decorating the place just imagine from the stairs up to the stage grabeh!!!! ang decorations it is full of balloons... ang saya saya ng bebeh ko para talaga syang princess habang umaakyat sa castle....the food was served hot just on time... at ang lively ng naging program....I have scouted many Mc donald branches such as Market/ Greenbelt / 32 street etc..and no regrets that I have end up in PATEROS Branch... call their delivery ako nun nag file ng complaint itinawag ko sa delivery I loked for supervisor they contacted the branch tapos nasabon, tinawagan ako after tapos humingi ng pasensya, kasi buong image ng Mc do ang masisira with complaints like that pwede i revoke ang franchise na na grant sa may ari.

If the pexer who started this thread really filed a complaint, am sure McDo Pateros has already improved in the year that passed Pero overkill anybody who'd say na a McDo or Jollibee party was classy... hehe... and unless you paid extra, fastfood chains don't flood a place with balloons.... tho I have to hand it to McDo, I believe mas maraming balloons sa basic package nila compared to Jollibee...

I have yet to attend a McDo party na I was really impressed with the hosts... for Jollibee parties naman, panalo yung Jollibee sa Macapagal, yung hosts naman in Dasmarinas, Cavite (near the church), but most popular venue na ata yung sa Madrigal (Alabang)
