Shaq and Duncan have championship rings. As for the youngest awards, dba pinalitan na yung rule na hindi na pwede tumanggap ang nba ng mga rookies coming high school?

Aba! Magaling si Pippen! Pati na rin si Pete Myers! At si Hakeem and Robinson! Sino-sino nga ba ang mga kasama ni Pippen sa Rockets at Blazers nung time na yun? I see.....

Yep! Walang supporting cast si lebron. Puro banban lahat ng teammates niya at si lebron lahat-lahat. He is the best ever!

28 yrs.old na si Michael Jordan nung nanalo ng NBA Championship ang Chicago Bulls nung 1991. Same age as Shaq when he won his NBA Championship againts the Indiana Pacers.

Saka puro ka championship rings mananalo din ng NBA Finals MVP si LeBron kasi magaling siya na NBA player, and he makes his teammates better kaya nga nanalo sila ng 66 games this year, The Cavs are still undefeated in the 2009 NBA Playoffs.

Wala naman ako na sinabi na wala siyang supporting casts ang sinabi ko eh mahina yung casts niya kung ikukumpara mo dun sa 1990's Chicago Bulls, 1980's Boston Celtics, Showtime Lakers, 2000's San Antonio Spurs and Shaq and Kobe Lakers, 1960's Boston Celtics. ( Mga Dynasty teams yan)

He is the best player ever!

Most hyped player na lang pwede pa.
The thread title says 'Can Lebron replace Michael Jordan as the greatest Player Ever'?, meaning we are talking about the possibility of James surpassing Jordan as the greatest basketball player. If James surpasses Jordan, then he will replace him as the greatest ever.

I used the phrase 'one of the greatest' simply because I also have doubts regarding the possibility of James surpassing Jordan's accomplishments. However, I also believe that it is pointless to talk about LeBron's fans and dunks

Even if the cavs are undefeated so far, that does not mean anything until they win the championship. Mas masakit pa nga kung matalo sila na naman in the end.

Even if they do win the championship this year, can he maintain it for several years? Sasabihin ng mga lebron fans: Yes! For Some: No! Others: Maybe. The rest: I don't care! I only watch womens tennis and womens voleyball.

So to think this early, kahit sabihin pa ninyo na naka 1 million achievements na siya (because of the hype), tapos isa lang ang championship ring niya (for this year), kasi dudurugin na sila come next year and the rest of the coming years, he will be just one of those jordan-wannabees.

It's just tooooo early to say if he can even replace Jordan.
    Wishful thinking for his fans.

Mas maganda kung his whole career, not just this year.

2003 - 2008 always losers in the end.

Started 2003 and has yet to win an nba championship ring. Yet all those years, the media has always hugged him as the nba superstar no matter what. Kahit matalo team niya, the media always has him in the limelight. Kapag nanalo - he is the present! Kapag natalo - he is the future.

Too much hype for this player.

  12. #72
^^ 2.. ever since h.s. he's the most hyped player ever. more hyped than mj.. so he has to backup that hype by creating IMPORTANT AND MEANINGFUL feats than anybody can't do.. heck he doesn't have a ring in him. the feat of chauncey's consecutive conf. finals appearances is way more statutory than what lbj has done in his career.

The media created that hype. The fans swallowed everything.

Hence, everything he does is godlike.

  14. #74
^ yeah.. but hasn't proven much to make him godlike.

Nakalimutan mo na ba yung 2007 season. When the Cavs demolished the mighty Pistons in 6 games ECF. Where's the "D"! No Pistons player can stop LeBron in that series.

  16. #76
^^ yeah,i remember him being demolished by spurs 4-0, clean sweep.

  17. #77
i love it when people just show their dumbness.

the question is pretty simple -- can lebron replace michael jordan as the greatest player?

if he can continue to be a complete 2-way player, win enough rings and mvps (5-7) then yes he can definitely replace jordan.

anything less than that and the answer will be no

Yep, busy collecting stats.... the one-man team... and losing.

Also, in 2006, the first time lebron finally got into the playoffs, they were demolished in game7 when they played against the pistons. Where was the 'B'? The pistons made fun of them in that game

    2007 - massacred/sweep by the spurs!!!! 0-4 This is a record!

2008 - talo na naman. Sa defending champions.

Too much hype for the idol.

Lbj must prove his worth that he can surpass MJ's achievement this season...

8-0 in the playoffs mostly lopsided win against the mediocre teams like pistons and hawks...

NBA title, finals mvp this year will be the 1st step of lebron in terms of surpassing MJ....

    He has the season MVP....

Unlike kobe that 2 out 2 last year...Season MVP, gold medal olympics but destroyed from pillar to post against the celtics...

    Ah, walang kamatayang IF.

If he can do this, if he does this, if he makes this...
Anything and everything is possible with IF.

    IF-IF-IF....
