sir.. ano estimated niyo na trainee allowance/ salary?

Yup.. you can always apply as a direct hire employee.. especially kung ang papasukan mong position is regular position.. ieendorse ka lang nang hiring manager..example kung sa branch ka... kung dadaan ka pa nang LBPSC, kung end contract ka, pwede ka bumalik (*** decision kasi nasa hiring manager).. pero if resigned (hindi mo tinapos contract) .. pwede pa din pero depende na ang decision sa personnel if tatanggapin ka.

paano ba mag-apply sa Landbank directly? i tried to bring my resume there dati sa 23rd floor. The HR said i cannot apply anymore coz i resigned. i don't know what's the reason behind it. eh under SC naman ako not direct Landbank.
wala na bang second chance??

I suggest you check out DBP.. GOCC din yun.. I was considering it too..

customer relations. siguro. sad naman kung ganun, one of my happiest days were in LBP eh. maganda benefits sa Landbank kapag Xmas ang daming bonus kahit mga contractuals meron din. pero ang sabi nila mas ok daw sa BSP. di ko talaga gets bakit ayaw nila pag resigned sa SC eh iba naman yung direct hire. sana naman iconsider nila. DBP? are the benefits same with LBP?

pg7 ka na pagnapasa mo.. usually nmn lahat nakakapasa jan.. after nang training (6months) idedeploy ka ** sa head office.. depende sa department/field kung san ka nag excel sa training mo... bihira *** mapupunta kang branch and wala pa nmn ako nababalitaan na assign sa branch(ang pagkakaalam ko)...

with regards to comp&benefits,, wala ka masasabi.. hehe the usual 13&14 months+cash gift,,, profit sharing xx,xxx.xx - xxx,xxx.xx (depende sa kinita ng bangko and sa ibibigay,,, grocery allowances + addl if granted, anniversary bonus, performance bonus, medical benefits, clothing allow, meal allow, aca/pera, mo.addl comp., childrens allow, longevity, provident fund, creditcard waived annual fees starting @ 40k credit limit for pg4... the higher the pay grade the higher the credit limit... xmas bonus, etc...

their is also an ongoing petition for a new payplan and now on its final stage.. to be at par with BSP/GSIS salaries..

sa training,, you will receive allowances na hindi pwede idisclose... one thing is for sure.. well compensated k naman.. please take note that the training would cost the bank 200,000.00php..., so if you pass the training you will render at least 2years service obligation...

There is also a proposed bill merging LBP and DBP, as Landbank as the surviving entity..

If u will be employed in DBP, then sooner magiging LandBanker k din..hehhehe

Apply ka sa DBP, pareho lang **** dun, mas mataas din basic sa kanila... eventually magiging LandBanker ka din pag nag merge.. You can also try their Management Associate Program(MTP in Landbank).. heheh I have no idea lang if when nila inoofer to... and kung san sinusubmit.. hehe Sino nakakaalam? =)

Yup pwede po magwalk-in sa Landbank.. tanong mo kung may opening sila for Direct Hire positions... Look for Ms.Cora. 23?F landbank plaza,, mabait siya.. She will also be the one to give you pre-employment exam if ever.. hehehe The pre-employment exam consists of Logic,Mathematics w/o choices, analogy(nung nag exam ako). One of the set is similar to the exams given by chinabank, Megaworld and BSP.. Time-pressured po sya..

monday to friday po, Sa head office? usually contractual post e.. pero may mga departments dito na mabilis magregular(wala pang 6months) like cbd 1, cbd2, cbd3, PSD, NSLD, CCD, ACMD, .. swertehan talaga.. pero kung sa branch k naman.. Wala po contractual employees sa branches.. puro regulars.. except messengers and janitors and ACCOunting Centers(Similar to Shared Services) na may contractual din.. hehehe..
