Just ask in the interview what's your job and responsibilities after graduating from the MT program.

^^ i am not sure of the salary range of nestle's MT. but I know that they hire only those who were part of their Nestle MILES program.
    nasa 30K a month

What are the chances of succeeding as a MT even if you took up a degree related in IT instead of Management? Will the degree/course directly entail less chances for the applicant? Dapat ba Management/Marketing talaga course mo?

Anyone who graduated from IT and made it as a MT here? I'm thinking this as an option for my career eh rather than going to IT per se.

Thanks a lot for those who can answer!

    Anyone here from Chinabank?

I've been interviewed for a staff position but was told that they'll also evaluate me for their MT Program. Can you please share info regarding salary range, benefits, promotions, trainings, etc? For both regular staff and management trainees. I'll really appreciate the help. Thanks a bunch!

  16. #56
^ chinabank only offers the MT program to honor graduates.

same benefits with its staff (upon regularization), sa base salary lang magkakaiba

1.5 year program, after that, you will be on supervisory level.

  17. #57
^ The 1.5 year you're saying here is for the training alone or does it already includes the span of time you have to stay with the bank after the training? As for other banks kasi di ba training would last for only 6mos then you have a 2 to 3-yr bond afterwards. Thanks!

A management trainee post is, I think, a bit discriminatory. One, most of the MNCs that have this kind of program choose their participants from the the top universities in the country. Two, they (MNCs) are conducting a boot-camp for the top graduating students from top universities. Examples of these boot-camps are the very famous MarkProf, Unilever Business Week (I am not sure if they have it now), and Nestle MILE program. Selection process for this boot-camps is a bit tough.

One may find an MT post a rewarding one (career growth and benefits/compensation-wise). But getting in is another story.
