Sa ngayon puro internal job opening postings ang nakikita ko sa mga email ko.. meaning it is only for regularized or rank and file employees from PMFTC who are interested to jumpstart thier careers inside the organization.

I used to work there sa PMPMI (Philip Morris Phils Mfg Inc) I won't say kung sang department ako. Originally nahire ako under PMPMI but was migrated to PMFTC Inc just like dylan.
Ang masasabi ko lang, if you are directly hired to PMPMI or to PMFTC pwede na 30k plus and starting salary mo but napuna ko rin sa mga migrated employees from FTC eh supre liit lang ng increase sa kanila knowing na tenured employees *** ng FTC.

Depende rin kung gaano kaurgent yung post ganun din kabilis ang hiring process. Ako kasi nun one day process lang. Interview with HR,with my boss, with the boss of my boss, and with the department Director. 99% na kapag nainterview ka na ng expat eh sure na yun.

May mga post na maliit lang starting salary pero hindi naman bababa yun sa 20k. Mataas *** magpasweldo yun nga lang patayan sa work. Totoo rin na kahit hindi ka pa regular eh pwede kang magkaroon ng international training lalo na kung crucial ang post mo.

May issued laptop din pero just like what dylan said, hindi sayo yun hehe.. disadvantage nun eh kahit may sakit ka kailangan mo pa rin magwork from home kung ayaw mong matambakan ng todo.Hindi rin lahat may issued laptop depende yun sa justification ng boss mo. Yung sa cellphone naman, depende rin yun sa position mo. Hindi lahat dun eh may issued cellphone allowance.

Ano pa ba? Yun nga for regular and probi employees may 3 reams of yosi every month. Bongga rin ang pakain dito. Super tataba ka tlaga hahaha..

What?? sabe na masyado maliit ang offer samin na mga taga Fortune Tobacco na na-migrate sa PMFTC pero duda pa ren ako sa sinasabe na rate ni RONmarksthespot na yan.. i dont think it's right na mangiingit siya ng mga gaya nya na mga entry level aspiring applicants.. sure ako na hindi 30k up ang rate nyan... dahil sa kanya na ren mismo nangaling na employee *** siya ng leaf dept.. not unless supervisory or managerial level ang inaaplyan mo..Baka un pa ang ilagay nila na expected na salary nila sa application form nila at maging cause pa ng hindi nila pag ka hire..although PMFTC can offer high compensation packages depending on your qualifications.. Sa mga ngtatanong Okay mag work dito at tama sinabe nya na busog *** parate at may 3 reams of Cigarettes of your choice per month and unlimited yosi basta titirahin mo sa loob ng planta at hindi mo ilalabas.

Sa production line yan.. basic requirements ay PLC background and Motor control (at least marunong ka dapat ng direct-on-line) pero pag na hire **** maganda training ** hindi ka **** basta sabak agad ^^ gud luck!!

Maganda office at work environment, very challenging ang trabaho so expect heavy work loads and deadlinespero they compensate **** pag dating sa rewards and benefits, kaya nga tayo nagtratrabaho para kumita right? so it all depends on you if you can keep up. sa benefits hint lang>>
