But we were beaten by Blackburn in the Carling Cup, right? That's sad. One less silverware for us.

To be honest, most Premier League teams don't really care about the Carling Cup.

    News Flash!!!

"Atletico Madrid are struggling in La Liga and, with star player Sergio Aguero set to be sold to Chelsea for £40m in January, new manager Quique Sanchez Flores is looking to overhaul an under-achieving squad."

The prospect of Chelsea signing the highly rated Argentina international Sergio Aguero from Atletico Madrid appears minimal after the player committed himself to the Spanish club.

‘’I have always made clear my commitment to Atletico and everybody knows it. Do not pay much attention to what comes out. All I am doing is playing and worrying about the team, so these things do not affect me.’’

INTER v. CHELSEA, Wed., 24 Feb., 0345 Manila time

Here it is! The match that everyone's waiting for in the Round of 16 of the UEFA CL. Also two of my favorite footy teams, at least as of this time.

I have the highest respect for Jose Mourinho. He currently has this incredible unbeaten home record, currently on a run of 130 home league matches unbeaten (38 with Porto, 60 with Chelsea and 32 with Inter). His last and only home league defeat came when Porto were defeated 3–2 by Beira-Mar on 23 February 2002. Of course, I want Chelsea to win the series, but I wouldn't mind a draw (not a loss) at San Siro. But then, eventually one day, that streak will end, so how ironic would that be the team that would beat them at San Siro would be... Chelsea!

But in the end, of course, I want Chelsea to win the series, and yes, I believe it is Chelsea's time to win the UEFA CL. It is the main reason why they hired Carlo Ancelotti. Ancelotti promised (or guaranteed?) 2 UEFA CL titles for Chelsea in the next 5 years, such a bold statement in one of the most difficult leagues in the world.

    Anyway, related: http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/220220...ea-strong.html

yes. cheering for a philanderer and booing the victim is a very classy thing to do.

Bye-bye, Chelsea. I gotta admit, that was a tough draw and the ref should have awarded the Blues a penalty back in Milan.

    Forza Inter!!!

I have to admit, I have this strange feeling before and during the game that Chelsea wouldn't make it. I have to admit it's the Mourinho factor. Of course, the footballers don't feel it, but as a fan, I felt it. We all knew that Jose didn't deserve the boot...

Going back, for the first time, I didn't feel confident on Chelsea. I have so much respect on Mourinho, that he was the main reason why I loved this team. Anyway, Jose had the last laugh, and Roman, as stubborn as he is, would still probably refuse to admit his biggest mistake for Chelsea.

    hey you BITEMEBIIITCH!!!

Please no bashings of Chelsea on this thread. This thread is for Chelsea fans, and fans from other clubs with neutral posts. There are times that I post on threads of other clubs, but always from a neutral's point of view. I respect fans of other clubs, and you should do the same, especially on this thread. You can bash Chelsea on other threads, but not on this thread.

seems like mu fans will (with hatred) hope for a home win at anfield. question is, will the scousers allow a home win and hand the title to mu?

but i'm pretty sure chelsea fans will be rooting for lp in their europa semis..so they stay focused and leave the pl title hopes to cfc!
