someone needs to sue whoever wrote that entry on multiply. i don't know what happened during the cat-killing incident and what the elements of the alleged crime are, but this is libel. and it is a more reprehensible crime than killing cats.

Yes, he did the wrong thing but it's better to leave it as it is. The damage has been done. Nang dahil sa isang pusa, makukulong ang isang batang may mga pangarap pa sa buhay? Kalokohan ng mga animal rights activist na 'to. Eh kung araw-araw nga maraming baboy, baka, at manok ang namamatay araw-araw eh 'di n'yo kayang ipaglaban sila.

Kung nasa UP pa ako at nakita kong caught in the act yan, gugulpihin ko yung ****** yun.

But I think it's too much to ask for expulsion, let alone jail time. Obviously may issue yung tao and expelling him is not the proper answer for him.

yung point kasi, pinatay niya yung pusa sa kadahilanang, "trip niya"...

kung sa pinatay niya yung pusa para may makain siya, oo pwede pa....

yung dahilan kasi ng pagpatay niya at kung paano niya ginawa. yun yung masama....

tingin ko kaysa ipakulong o patalsikin sa unibersidad..ipatingin na lang...para malaman kung may poblema siya....hindi din kasi natin alam kung ano dahilan kung bakit niya ginawa niyo o kung ano dahilan bakit siya ganun.....

malay natin kung may history siya(kung anong psychological ?????
) nung kabataan niya kaya niya nagawa yun....

PAWS & CARA are not taking this lightly, especially that there is RA 8454, Animal Welfare Act. We, the animal rights advocates, want a trial on this and that he'd undergo a psychiatric counsel during his sentence.

JC, as he's called in many threads about this issue, enjoyed smashing the little kitten's body to the ground, it died coughing up blood. His blog about this incident where he relished the experience, is no longer available to the public but it was retrieved by one of the enraged citizen who heard about this.

There are some who say that a trial is too harsh and that it might ruin this man's life. He ruined it by killing a cat - and worse, boasted about it.

Some say that he needs to be understood rather than be locked up in jail. This is why we want a psych counsel as well.

We should not discriminate any law, the animals have rights too. He didn't kill the cat because he needs to eat - it was out of sheer joy. It was not his first and as he said also on his blog, not his last.

^ well good luck finding a quezon city prosecutor who would take the criminal charges seriously then. or a judge that would impose imprisonment for killing a cat.

"oh, the kid killed a cat! let me take some time off from prosecuting murders, rapes, robberies (ie real cases) so this boy who killed a little kitty will face the wrath of the law."

well it's big enough to be featured tonight in 24 Oras. I myself am a cat-hater. no, let me rephrase that. I am scared of cats. They are not my favorite animal in the world, but I have a strong moral foundation. I believe it was very wrong for him to do that. I really hope that the student could be enlightened from his incessant violence on cats as, let me quote, he said in his blog (which i have read in http://animaladvocates.multiply.com/notes/item/444): "Muli, sorry sa mga nasaktan sa pagkamatay ng pusa. Some of you guys have misplaced priorities.

To ruin a man's future because of this one incident? I'd say that some of you guys are just blowing this out of proportion to make yourselves look good rather than actually bringing justice for the cat.

My 2 cents.
