Tama po ka dun, maswerte nga ang mga nag-aaral sa PUP Open U. World-class ang mga professors, Prof namin sa Economics which is also a director in one of the schools in the Open U is a classmate of Pres. Arroyo in the Ateneo Master of Economics Program.

Maganda ang facilities ng Open U, sa NALRC kasama ng Largest Library in SE Asia and College of Law. Swerte talaga ang mga nag-aaral dito.

di ko gets yung NTSP program ba yun. Um...so para siya mga students na may work experiences na at i-eevaluate sila para makuha yung degree na kailangan nila na naka-align sa work experiences nila? So...hindi siya for undergraduate na walang work experience, para sa mga kabataan? Kung hindi ito para sa mga estudyanteng walang work experience, yung Distance Learning ng PUPOU anong undergrad programs ang inooffer nila para sa mga wala pang work experiences? Diba may programs yung OU nila..yung Distance Learning saka yung for Professional Studies ba yun, according to the site.

Um, so anong undergrad courses ang inooffer sa PUP Distance Learning para sa mga kabataan naman na wala pang jobs at incoming freshmen?

Ang PUP Distance Learning po ay sa mga Taong hindi maiwanan at hindi pwedeng iwanan ang kanilang jobs, consider for ex. A call center agent na maraming dependents, hindi niya pwedeng iwanan ang job to go full time study, so anong choice enroll for a flexible program that offers flexible time for study while working. Yan ang principle ng Distance Learning. Like in a Distance Learning MBA, since hindi mo pwedeng iwanan ang job mo(executive ka for a company) to go abroad and ang school na gusto mo ay nasa US pwede kang mag-enroll sa Distance Learning Program.

Hi! I enrolled in PUP-OU as of March 2009 and just to give you po a heads up di naman po kelangan na 5 yrs work experience sa isang company. 4 yrs pa lang akong nagwowork nun nung mag-enroll and I got in. Kelangan mo lang ng recommendation letter from your supervisor and lahat ng requirements will be advised to you once you passed. Hanggang ***** I'm still enrolled and I'm taking up 18 units (full load) for this sem, and full time pa rin ako sa work. If I were you inquire ka na lang mismo sa PUP or check their website kasi some of the posts in this thread are not REALLY true!
