    masarap na mahirap..masarap kasi hawak mo oras mo...its up to you kung gs2 mo magdial o hindi..ang prob lang kapag nagpetiks ka..babagsak productivity mo..basta ang important at the end of the month ma reach mo *** quota..the best thing about reaching and most especially exceeding your quota is the BONUS..sa amin sa Encore manila may mga ng bobonus ng $500-$800...$$$$$ hehe...ang mahirap lang is yung debtor contact..syempre collections..mamememorize mo na yung mga sinasabi sa answering machine...

    I AGREE!!!100% yung ibang mga TL napakawalang kwenta..binbayaran ng CVG at nagbobonus ng malaki dahil sa agents nila pero puro YM at telepono lang inatupag sa floor...yung ibang mga Team Captains walang alam...paano kayo nakarating sa pwesto na yan kung aanga anga kayo..napapahamak pa mga agents nyo...kaya maraming nagreresign eh..UMAYOS KAYO!

    mahirap ba talaga dito? i'm from cvg-cmw at&t account..may friend kasi ako dito na tl na nagpa-lateral transfer diyan sa encore ortigas..niyayaya niya ako..i wanna try collections pa naman...talaga bang mahirap yung sched diyan? as in madalas splitoff? kasi samen dito sa at&t splitoff lang kame sa first week of the month pag atleast 8days straight ang pasok namen...

    Hello to all.... Kaka sign ko lang last April 3 ng JO at considering na laguna ako, maganda ang pasahod dito sa CVG.. Start ako ng Training sa April 20 sa Alabang for 2 weeks.. GUYS MAYBE SOME OF YOU OUT THERE CAN HELP ME... FIRTST TIME KO KASI GAGAWA NITO.. PAANO BA ANG MGA PROCEDURES PARA MAKAPAG CHANGE OF RDO SA BIR..     kung metrics lang ang paguusapan..madali kung madali...wala ka na rin siguro makikitang account (mas lalo na sa CVG) na maluwag...imagine guys...walang AHT; abutin mo lang qouta mo at ipasa mo lang QA mo ok ka na; kung sked naman paguusapan...kakagaling lang namin ng split off for 2 months;SANA lang TUMAGALl naman itong 2 days off..
