Give them your calling card printed in it your job and position and contact number, email.
Give them to girls you are interested to that you met in library or mall, then say contact me later if you are interested.

Some girls will throw the card later on, some will ignore, some will reject, but there will some who will contact you, and doing it via text or email is much easier to start a conversation.
