ang TELETECH LIPA?? Baduy ang mga Trainer ng TELETECH. lalu na ang ACE na ngayon ay ginawang I-CONNECT.. Ambabaduy ng OPS SUPPORT Teletech. hahaha.. I still remember nung QA roll out, nandun yung bagong hire na QA supervisor ng Merino Prepaid, Hindi alam ang pinag kaiba ng CANADIAN, at AMERICAN ACCOUNT!. hahaha... WTF

Ah, so salary pala ang basehan mo ng pag-unlad? HAHAHA.
Irerecommend ko pa din ang ACS ( now Alorica). Y?
Mas ok ang training sa Alorica. ( especially for newbies). unlike with teletech na hindi mo maintindihan kung san hinugot ang mga trainer. Ang maganda lang naman sa teletech ay day shift, the rest, HAHAHA. Kayo na pati ang bahala kung san nyo trip. I stayed in teletech lipa for more than a year lang. Mababa lang ang offer samen nuon. Lately na lang din naman sila nagtaas ng salary. During our time with Teletech, 11k base pay +1k after regularization. then 1.5k allowance. yun lang for CSR. (Telstra Project). 2012 na lang sila nagtaas from 11k-14k, The rest were just program incentives sabi nila, so if di ka na hire sa mga LOB ng telstra, Then you need to work hard and pray.


Ang nagustuhan ko sa ACS ay mga employees, especially tenure/ mentors, TL sa floor because of product knowledge. Hindi ka nila pahihirapan kung sakaling may question ka o hindi ka naiintindihan sa process. Kumbaga, Alam ng mga TL ang process na ginagawa ng mga ahente, kase yung mga TL nila ay nang galing din sa pagiging ahente dun mismo sa account na na yun, UNLIKE with Teletech, na anak ng jueteng, Karamihan ng TL walang alam, dahil halos lahat external hire. (That was like a year ago). Mejo may kayabangan din ang ibang ahente sa teletech, kase ewan. I dunno.

Sa teletech kase, basta sumasama ka sa inuman o gimik ng mga tinuturing nilang UGAT ng account, eh mataas ang chance mo na mapromote.Kumbaga, updated ka. Kaya kung gusto mong maging TL o QA o OSC, kailangan malakas kang mag inom. HAHA. at di ka nag papaiwan sa mga outing, team building.

Anyway, Masaya naman ako sa dalawang company na to. Natutunan ko from ACS(alorica) kung ano ang dapat gawen, tandaan to be successful in BPO industry, and with Teletech yung mga hindi mo dapat i-implement at gawin in the future.

Happy ako sa work ko ngayon sa One Mckinley. It's twice the compensation Teletech lipa can offer for Resbill. HAHAHA. Haters Gonna Hate. (y)

I'm with alorica! I was with teletech.

Noong acs pa ang pangalan nila, medyo ok pa ang Alorica. Neck to neck lang sila ng Teletech. Noong napalitan ang pangalan, management, processes, lahat na; alam nyo na ang sagot.

hi guys! just want to ask if anyone's coming here from alorica lipa?i applied last week and done with the final inteview, anyway i was applying for a csr position n seasonal *** till december *** ata *** acct sb ng friend q.. im through with the last session of the application which is mock call n good as final interview n rw. kc before u have that u will be interviewed first. all of us were told that we have to wait for their call, until then *** prn feedback. gnun b tlg?
