Try Dell's at Philamlife UN avenue. You could get a really decent meal for over a hundred bucks or less. You can even get a discount if you're an employee of Philamlife.

So far good food. Come here for lunch for some lunch specials. Come here for dinner for good tapas and wine. Come past 9pm, and the music begins getting upbeat and time to party

One hidden (actually, secret) restaurant I've been dying to try is Isabelo Garden Restaurant. It's in San Roque, Marikina and I think the owner will only give directions on the day of the private dining schedule.
Anyway, this may not be hidden for some but it is for me. There were no signage when we visited. If I was just wandering in UP Diliman, I wouldn't know there's a resto inside Bahay ng Alumni mismo. Unless of course if you study or work in the area.

Re: Isabelo Garden Restaurant. Do they have contact information as per how we could place reservations?
Yup, they have a website with the menu, reservation form, contact details, etc. Check it out here: http://www.isabelogarden.com/

located at the ground floor of Paco Oasis Hotel in front of Paco Park.
try their Panizza! pricey but worht it!
I can imagine myself popping up the ring.
This is really good marketing they have. They don't want walk-ins for inquiries so the place will perhaps be undisturbed.
I just checked their menu and surprisingly, it's not too pricy and not too cheap (to sell itself short) either.
Apparently they accept delivery requests. Cool, but I want to experience the place myself.
Another hidden gem in Marikina.
