Hehe oo nga.. Pero for me one of my reason why I want to be IN in this company is because first of all pioneering ka, marami kasing oppurtunities matututunan pag isa ka sa mga 1st batch or 2nd batch hirries. Tska iba ang feeling pagisa ka sa mga nagcontribute ng productivity ng company na to.

tama ka dito. mas madami opportunity pag pioneer ka. Matagal ata process nila sa ngayon. may mga sinusunod kasi silang schedule eh. malas ko lang. hehehe.

mabilis *** processing ng AEON, from my experience, after submitting an application(RPG Programmer) through jobstreet within the day tumawag n agad, and then the following day, initial interview, panel interview, and then after 2 days, contract signing n agad.. kso i refuse to sign the contract because of the salary ^^, if experience ang hanap nyo AEON is the right company..

During that time, somehow experienced. I have 5 months RPG experience!!! lol But It's not the experience nor the age to be considered.
It's how you compete with other senior programmers out there.

Regarding compensation, It would definitely rely on your years of experience as a programmer. Well If you think that you have more to learn... Then Go!!!
