    base sa aking kaalaman:

    pinakamalaking magpasahod sa mga government hospital: PGH (siyempre! alam na alam ko yan)

    pinakamalaking magpasahod sa mga private hospital: UST Hospital (meron akong mga kakilala doon at malaki ang sweldo nila, comparable sa PGH)

    If you are supporting a family and the salary is one of the main reason for choosing a hospital I would definitely choose the above mentioned hospitals. Good training + good salary.. What more can you say?

    may nakaka alam ba sa inyo how much starting salary sa lung center, NKI, capitol medical center?

    sa heart center starting nila is 14,000 plus per month.

    unfortunately, ganyan na nga ang ngyayari *****.
    given na very tight ang competition, its not impossible for companies/hosps to take advantage of this. Yung isang ospital nga dito sa 1st district ng laguna 14 *** ang regular nurses. tapos almost doble *** number ng Volunteer nurses. san ka pa? edi ang laki ng natipid nila.

    i just have a question kristian_goody, bakit ka nagnursing?

    pasensya na po di ko kasi alam e...gusto ko na rin magnurse kaso kasi walang pera dun kaya eto call center bagsak ko

    They are just Nurse levels, from the entry level which is Nurse I to the Chief Nurse which is Nurse VII. SG stands for salary grade which is what the government dictates for all government employees, not just nurses. Each government position has a corresponding salary grade.

    Lumalabas ang real intention natin for taking up nursing which according sa feedback sa thread is money. You will fail if this is the reason for choosing this vocation. Nursing is a profession of caring and serving. Reflect on this. Hindi pa huli ang pagsisisi, bata pa kayo.

    "Natin", 3rd person figure of speech used as a generalization. I am not talking to you so none of the comments is directed to YOU. Did I say anything about you being "mukhang pera"? Pakibasa ulit. Do not add or put words in my mouth. It is what it is. You have your own personal reasons, so be it.

    Why be bitter for low wages? "We" knew about this when we spent inflated matriculation to take Nursing. If "our" desire is to care for the sick and provide service then "we" would be feeling heroes for serving "our" people just like the way Nursing is intended. I am so happy to have an opportunity to extend my role as a nurse to society. God bless the sick. Focus on the vocation, the rewards will follow.

    Wala kayang gustong lumabang pulitiko para sa karapatan ng mga nurses sa Pilipinas? Help Us!!! Hindi puro teachers or other professionals lang ang dapat tumaas ang sweldo kami ding mga nurse dapat! Saka mas risky profession namin. Nakataya ang lisensya, pangalan, kalusugan at buhay naming mga nurse when we handle patients....
