Sad news is that Cynthia is migrating to Seattle to live.
There's this moving but sad & insightful article by Francis Reyes, about why she's leaving: http://ph.omg.yahoo.com/news/with-no...-to-u-s--.html
And if you want to bid her goodbye, she's doing 4 send-off gigs this month, more details here: https://www.facebook.com/events/426357070731220/
I'm going to the 70's Bistro gig, btw.
See you!![]()

Awww.Too bad she's leaving. Damn all those mainstream acts.
Cynthia's more talented than all of them combined.:-(
Good luck to her. I hope she will make it big in the US..
The 19 East gig was great. Full house! There were people crying when Cynthia asked the crowd to sing the words to Comfort in Your Strangeness.
Been hearing about the jampacked gigs. My friend went to the one in Conspiracy Cafe. I wish she would just do a proper concert in a bigger venue, so those who appreciate her music can listen to her 'one last time'. My friend said that the people were outside already during the 1st Conspi gig, and it was hard to hear the performance. Some ended up going home. I want to go not just to show my support, but I want to listen. I'm going tonight, but I am dreading it already because 70's Bistro is such a small venue!
I pass by Conspiracy every day and had no idea that there were actual artists that perform there. It looks like a Pasay beerhouse that burned down and refused to renovate.
