Good Day!
I spend almost 3 hours reading this thread up to the last comment/replyI've learned a lot. I also have a question and I hope I can get help from here. (specially, cyberfunk) hehe
Can anyone give a design idea for a 32sqmtr (6 x 5) house design? I purchased a house and lot with a 22sq meter house na slab na sya pero wala pang second floor. Pls help me get some ideas of the design to constuct a second floor working around the 22sq house. ThanksSecond floor should maximize the 32sq mtr(as if there will be a big difference in size. )
Thanks a Lot and more power.
This is somewhat related to the topic(or not hehe) and I'm just curious. How much mark-up do developers/builders(not sure of the right term) put on top of the actual cost of a house(including the cost of acquiring the land) they built? Is it possible they can sell it at double the cost?
Salamat sa makakapag-reply.
Floor Area:
Total Floor Area : 80.00 sqr.mtr
1 - Master Bedroom (3.00 x 3.50) with Bathroom ( x 00)
2 - Bedrooms (3.00 x 3.00)
1 - Common Bathroom ( 2.00x 2.00)
Living Area (4.00 x 4.00)
Kitchen & Kitchen (5.00 x 3.00)
Service Area (2.10 x 2.00
how much will it cost to build a bungalow house with the above specs. Rough finish lang po muna lahat. Below is the design/floorplan. TIA

My question is kailangan pa po ba ng building permit?

Bakit naka split level pa yung isang kwarto? That's soo 1960's.
We'll see. Either that or a Peninsula layout for a smaller kitchen.
sir, me nabasa po ako na article na its a big no no daw po yun peninsula lay out? is it true?
Peninsulas, after being a fashion no-no for years, are back in style again. Style aside, like an island, a peninsula can improve the functioning of your kitchen or make it worse. They can be used to create a partial barrier between the kitchen area of a larger room and the rest of the room (often with chairs or stools and an eating area on the non-kitchen side), to direct traffic, and to add counter space.
A peninsula can also act as too much of a barrier, especially if it includes overhead cabinets as well as base cabinets. You also need to make sure there's enough room to get past the end of the peninsula easily. Another potential problem is appliance doors opening opposite the end of the peninsula, so that the person exploring the fridge for a snack, loading the dishwasher, or taking a hot casserole out of the oven blocks all traffic into the kitchen.
