I'd rather not answer your question. LOL. Law school life is one heck of a roller coaster ride. Anything could happen! But I will give you an answer after I've taken the Bar (if you're still interested to know though).

For school year 2013-2014, the LAE will be administered on Sunday, 25 November 2012, in UP Diliman, UP Cebu and UP Davao.

Maybe they moved it to November kasi na-move din ang bar to October.

Hi! I would like to ask for advice regarding my situation.

Law freshman here. I'm thinking of dropping Legal History under Dean Agabin. He only has three bases for our final grade, namely, Reporting (which is the sole basis of our recitation), Midterms exam, and a Final exam, each comprising 1/3 of our grade.

I gave a typical report, nothing exceptional although I don't think it was bad. My big problem is my midterms exam which I failed big time.

Advisable ba na i-drop na ang subject since I only have the Finals left to complete my grade at ang laking hila ng 5.0 sa midterms? I'm hoping na ma-reach ko man lang sana ang 2.85 QPI.

You know your chances best. Only advice is, huwag matakot mag-drop. Being extended by a semester (or two) is not as bad as not graduating at all. Besides, you can overload naman in subsequent semesters. Good luck!

Anong maximum allowable no. ng pag-take ng LAE, regardless kung naipasa yung una o hindi? I heard 2 times daw. Can anybody confirm this? And, kung 2 nga, kailangan ba within successive years kukuhanin yung exam? O pupwede na after X no. of years, saka ulit kukuha (again, regardless if pumasa o hindi dun sa unang try)?
