It depends. But at least you should have finished 5-7 levels of Spanish to cover basic sentence construction and grammar rules. And from there, gauge yourself. If you can pretty much communicate with people in Spanish continuously, then I think you're ok na.
Process is usual. You go through the same set of interviews like a normal call center agent but they would normally require you to speak to their Spanish-speaking client, send you to Berlitz for an assessment and the like. Job offer usually depends on your level of proficiency.

There are some who really talk fast and sometimes hindi ko magrasp yung vocabulary nila since it's different from what I've learned in school. Pero technique is, I confirm with them their concern
