Its AFFINION... It came from sitel. It just start last march of this year with APAC. The contract is only extension. Guyz, who handle this before... it is very different here... The director is hell!!! Verbatim acct but needs hard selling. Customer dont call you directly they were just transferred without even knowing why... If you go unscripted you get the sale but you lost your quality. Low conversion or low quality still warning for you... On the floor... most agent are newly hire. For my case I'm almost a tenured even though Im on my 2 month...

I am having a great time w/ APAC... Location is convenient for me, I love the sleeping quarters-lights off!, & my 1st acct is great- the people are great, the work itself are great & mind you, the callers are great. Until I made that mistake of transferring to Affinion- Wave 1. I never experienced so much pressure as what I experienced there. So after weeks on the floor... I resigned.. hehehe. My epiphany: I am not for Sales. I hate Sales! Basically, you'll sell memberships w/c will only cost $1 for the 1st 30 days, then if they dont cancel, they will automatically charge their credit card..you know, those stuffs. Callers originally called to rent a car & then they will be transferred informing them they can get discounts through you... then, your turn to ask for their sweet YES to your offers. But the management is supportive, director giving out GCs for performers on a daily basis... back then I believe.

I was part of affinion transfer plus wave 1 in sitel, I've worked there as an agent, L2 and was a reports analyst in that account. Basically, I know how the account works. can someone refer me back to affinion account? please PM me.

I love APAC na rin. I started my training with a medical account. Ansaya ng mga kasama ko. Lahat kami halos newbies. Regarding Affinion, yun nga ata yung sales account nila. Di na daw sila continuous hiring ah? Akala ko lagi silang nag raramp? Baka stable na siguro yung account at wala ng nag umaalis. Good for them.

Hey, I heard that their sales account is now hiring. I referred my friends from Sitel and ICT. They have strong sales background kasi. Baka you have friends rin na pwede for Affinion. According to the HR representative na nakausap ko last time, to start October daw tong mga hires nila. As in ASAP daw talaga. They were encouraging us nga to refer some friends kaya refer ko na friends ko. Sayang rin ang Referral Incentive!

Happy ako sa APAC! Ansaya. Fun environment. Badtrip lang kasi brownout kanina. Cubao kasi e!

hi! ask ko lang kung bakit tumatawag ang HR before the day of the orientation, then sasabihin sa iyo na naresched yung orientation and training date mo?

ano po ba *** possible reasons for the delay (kahit na kumpleto naman napasa ang primary requirements)?

may new account to start january 2010. kaso baka internal hires gagawin kasi may mga ibang account na inilipat sa ibang call center

At never pa naman nila akong nasungitan. Sino nag interview sayo? Baka kasi kung anu-ano sinabi mo. Haha joke po.

Share ko lang. Madaming tao na nag-aaply sa APAC ngayon a. Nakita ko sa lobby last week, ang daming tao. Hiring talaga sila. From what I've heard, hiring din yung Sales account nila. Affinion name. May pinakilala sakin yung friend ko na taga Affinion. Okay naman daw yung account nila. Hindi naman laging stress (o depende lang siguro kung hard core ka sa sales!) Tapos madaming commission. Yun ang panalo diba? Sana sa medical meron rin! Haha.
