Problem regarding what perfume to buy as a gift

I'm not a woman, but I'll be giving one a perfume this Valentine's

I have this question: I have a budget of P1500.00 only. Yeah, I know its cheap for a perfume. I didn't know perfumes cost THAT much these days (No, I'm only 19 and Yes, I don't buy expensive perfumes) which brings me to a question: What brand of perfume is really fitting for a woman, 19 years old, girlie, wholesome, smart, complicated, and desires perfection? (I don't know the right words, so if you found something synonymous in my description correct me)

What are the nicest perfumes for a valentine's day gift for a guy with a low budget?

try gap dream, alam ko less than 2k lang yun. try to buy sa mga px goods store like cash and carry makati or sa shoppesville greenhills mas malaki discount. may esprit perfume din ako na nakita sa watsons or sa shopwise na parang less than 1k.

TS, pwede colognes lang? Try mo Watsons, may authentic VS and BBW dun. P600 lang, may partner na lotion, another P600. Or, sa The Body Shop, may sukli pa yang P1.5k mo, pang giftwrap.

Mga branded pero 50ml or smaller size.

Check Boss/Hugo boss, etc.

try the stores in cash & carry, as I remember it's in 3rd floor they sell original perfumes not replicas but in a cheap price, because it's from a BB it didn't undergo customs tax etc. that's why it's cheap you can find brands like J.Lo, paris hilton, moschino, cool water, united colors of benetton, Victoria's, bath & body works.

but if you're lucky to find a harajuku lovers perfume it's a good valentines gift because it doesn't only have a sweet scent it also has a cute collectible perfume cap

save a little more to buy her either the Miss Dior Cherie or the latest Jeanne Lanvin perfume from lanvin.. those would be perfect for young sophisticated ladies
