akala ko sega nag concentrate na lang sa software development for xbox at gumagawa na lang ng arcade games. bat biglang nagkaroon sila ng billing at tech support at taas naman ng hinihingi experience.

forgive me for asking...
but why would sega need a call center for?
they don't have a console system (like xbox 360.. and boy are csrs needed there). and.. they barely make any games anymore.
The days of Sega is long gone..

^ parang sa EA account, selling and support of the games they realeased. Regarding requirements of games, ordering online.
Pero parang mas extensive pa siguro yung support, kasi masyadong mataas yung work experience requiremnts nila which is 3 years.
