yes it is. I am a certified Financial Executive from AXA Philippines. You can visit any Metrobank Branch near you and look for the AXA Financial Executive. He will conduct a Financial Need Analysis for you for free. In AXA, which has the biggest market share in terms of the VUL or VL market here in the Philippines, we are trained to recommend products that's is most suited for you based on your financial needs thru our FNA. you can also check out our site to check on our funds performance http://www.axa.com.ph/.
Hello! I think you were referring to AXA's Honey product which is now phased out. A new product has been put in place Life Basix which premium charges is just 35% for the first five years of premium payment. So more money would be invested right away since only 35% goes to the insurance part. But it has now back charges/withdrawal charges of 100/100/50/10/5 on the first five years.
^Sun Flexilink is a regular pay VUL of Sun Life, which means you have to pay until it matures, but you can have the premium holiday option, which you can stop paying like 15 years, 20 years..
Since it is a regular pay plan, it has more cheaper premium than Sun Maxilink Prime because it is a ten year pay plan.. the premium is compressed for 10 years.
Another thing is the charges, Maxilink Prime has lower premium charges and it's only up to 5th year.. but the insurance charges continues for the insurance coverage.
Hi! Why naman po di ka pa nakakapay, sana you set aside na on your monthly salary, pwede ka naman mag monthly..
May tendency na maubos talaga ang fund value mo kung di ka nagbabayad on your due date, or may namimiss ka na due date, kasi may insurance charges for your insurance protection.. and hangang maging insufficient na, lapse na policy mo.. sayang naman..
Maganda ang vul sa totoo lang, as long as you pay your premium due regularly.. Wag lang po mainip sa paglago ng fund, it's a long term saving commitment, i am sure you will benefit from it.
And I am sure you get that plan with a purpose..![]()
Aww I'm sorry to hear that sir. Hindi ba kayo na inform ng mabuti
ng agent nyo?
Anyway, if you can't pay the whole amount, you can just pay
the charges for now. Pero the problem is, during the 1st few years
the bulk of the premium would go to charges so you still
have to pay hehehe.
Btw, like I said earlier, you can pay anytime any amount.
Kahit piso po sir! hehehe Although I haven't tried it yet.
Smallest amount I tried was 500 thrice within one month.
Kaya yan sir. The moment you get your salary, set it aside
so you can't touch it.
Good luck![]()
^@mxherr5
^Hi! Okay yung iniisip mo, kaso it has a life insurance protection eh, that is the main benefit kaya mo binabayaran ang plan mo, wag mo na lang isipin kung mababa or mataas ang unit price as long as you pay your premium due.. in the end since it is long term, may fund value ka pa rin na pwede mo makuha.
Even in Mutual Fund, if your goal is to accumulate fund for your retirement or for education fund, you will require subsequent investment, so that it will accumulate in the future, minus insurance protection..
VUL is a good plan because it completes your financial goal for you and your family..
@moneybreaker..
Dude, I told you.. you don't have to pay your quarterly due in full.
If you feel like its going down.. you can spread your payment over
several days =D
who has info about philam life's
Guaranteed Retirement Income
vs
Guaranteed Life Insurance Coverage
wala kasi ako matanungan?
Thanks
bayad nako today pero for a month lang muna. ok lang naman yun diba?hehe kulit. early sept bayad ako ulit para mabuo ko agad yung quarterly payment dapat
thanks kithe at mxherr5![]()
bababa kaya fund value this week?
uu, kahit every week ka mg bayad =D hehe
Nice topic and debates here, AXA vs SUN. Anyone from Grepa here? and SparxX?
I think my next plan will be Sun dahil maganda magpaliwanag si Madam Kithe. at curious ako sa Maxi.
In fairness with AXA, I have my kid enrolled for the educational.
And since nagiging masikip ang pisi ay naiisip ko pa rin na iinsure din ang aking misis. Ano kaya affordable?
What do you mean "masikip ang pisi at kailangan mo na rin iinsure si misis?"
Actually sir, okay yung plan mo to get insurance for your wife, para sa kinabukasan nya, for future use of funds, kahit wala siya work meron pa rin siya aasahan pagdating ng retirement years niya.
Premium is computed base on the current age and the face amount or the insurance amount, and depend din sa plan, the longer paying period is, the cheaper..
We also consider how much budget you can set aside every year..

For me the best vul is sunlife of canada-phils. Of course it's one of the largest insurance companies in the world and over 140 years of existence. For vul, payments are flexible, you can pay whenever you want and put in any amount, that's why it's good for wealth accumulation
Also Sunlife vul has insurance and investment component in one. So you get protected and at the same time you watch your money grow and can put money into it anytime you want.
i'm planning to get Sunlife Maxilink Prime pag-uwi ko sa pinas this September. hope mababa naman fund value that time, anyway no choice ako since 1 month lang mag-stay sa pinas. i'm already 33 how i wish i've thought of this earlier para mas mababa premium![]()
