Hungree Burgers in makati. kasing laki ng plato.

    Hungry Hippo burgers

When I was in the states we ate in Heart Attack Grill. lol. Yung burgers nila dito umaabot sa quadruple patties. Meron din silang Single, Double, and Triple. hehe. Restaurant sya na hospital ang theme. Yung mga waitress naka nurse attire pero hindi yung normal uniform ng nurse. lol. Tawag nila sa "order" eh "prescriptions".

Burger avenue, you have to try the ridiculous challenge, finish their biggest burger in 5 minutes and its free.

Other than that, wendy's or jolibee lang ako (champ)

You can also try tony roma's burgers, malaki rin servings nila

Hungree Burger in Moonwalk and in Bautista Makati. They have the 8in. burger. http://hungreeburgers.tripod.com/

Wham! Burger's Double Whammy with Cheese at P159. I swear you'll have a heart attack first before you get to 3/4 of the burger.

Brother's Burger Pounder Burger (1lb / 0.5 kilo). That's 2 half pound patties. Umay galaore.

Gusto ninyong gumawa ng homemade hamburger???

    Here's my recipe:

    1/2 kilo giniling na lamangbaboy
    1/2 kilo giniling na karne
1/4 kilo giniling na taba ng baboy
    1 eggyolk
    2 slices white loafbread
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 segment chopped garlic
    1 chopped onion head
    2 teaspoon Del Monte catsup

I learned to cook hamburger when I watched Good Eats with Alton Brown. I just buy the frozen patties, toss them into the frying pan, no oil. Cooking time doesn't depend on the weight of the patty, but on the thickness. The core of the patty has to reach 160 deg F to ensure proper cooking of the beef. In my time trials, 7-8 minutes each side of a 1/2" patty (in med heat) yields the proper temp (via cooking thermometer stabbed to the middle part after cooking). Do not press the patty when cooking, or else all the juices will be lost. Now on the bun, it's just mayo and some pepper. That's it, cheap and tasty burger.

Nene, why does your homemade burger have pork in it? Isn't it supposed to be 100% beef?
