    Engineering is tough.

Our class was composed of 50 students.

I remember, after the first term, half of the students in my class failed algebra and trigonometry.

After the second term, only 10 of us managed to stay regular students (mostly due to engcal1).

And after the first year, only 6 of us survived as regular students.

After four years in the program, only 4 of us managed to graduate as regular students.

It's tought, but it's doable. You just need to study hard and study smart.

^ basta sa engineering all I know is masaya doon. puro kayo lalake eh, may magyayaya sigurado sa block ninyo na mag dota/COD/L4D. hehe! pero mahirap 1st year niyo, 10 out of your first 15 units ata puro math subjects.
Ohh ganun. Ako lang naman maglalasalle sa friends ko... halos lahat sila UP or UST. I only know one person na maglalasalle talaga. So wala din talaga akong kasama. I'm on my own which is a bit scary kasi I'm not used to being in a solo flight.

AJA! Ang ikinakatakot ko lang, drawing. Hindi ako na-bless ng magagandang kamay e. Haha.

Be a an achiever.

Sana naman mag-isip tayo...like think two steps ahead naman sana...

Hay...how sad...

It's not like everyone is going to stare. Most of the time, nakatingin sa mga laptop nila ang mga tao sa SJ Walk, so hindi ka din nila papansinin; or during the latter part of the school year, madami nagtitinda ng stuff dun.

Just don't do the things some frosh do. Besides, nasa Andrew pa naman kayo - just try not to bee to noisy along the corridors, while walking in groups (na unavoidable for Frosh); and making a round trip sa elevator.

And even if you try and avoid going in groups of 10 - 15, parang mangyayari pa din ito during the first few weeks of the term.

Make the most out of your stay in La Salle!

salihan mo yung trip mong org, association, foundation, corporation, cult and federation....ah basta....you'll gonna learn a whole lot of things that you'll never ever get inside the classroom...

the disadvantage would be you have to file an "excuse" even if it's not an institutional event though!

basta, it's a good-training ground once you get out to the "real world"

The parallel walkway to SJ walk is called "Cat Walk" Dati kasi wala pang cover yon..so the public can see Lasallistas walk from that stretch..para daw mga model kung umusta..so they called it cat walk.

Yes, frosh walking in huge groups is very common. I think it's part of being a frosh at De La Salle. You must experience it and you will (trust me).

Expected ko na ang reading at writing and LOTS of it.

Last term everyday ako nag photocopy, 100 pages per day para basahin if ever kung ayaw mong bumili ng libro. And sa Liberal Arts, kailangan maganda ang communications skills mo especially when reporting and of course dapat critical thinker..

Mag-advance reading ka na sa mga introduction sa anthropology, political science, psychology, philosophy, sociology, global society etc..dahil yan ang mga general or floating subjects kapag C-L-A frosh...

    Elite?
Sana lang eh maayos sila, kahit yung iba lang.

    100 PAGES?? PER DAY??
Madalas ba Group or Individual? *sana Individual*.

Noted. Mas mabuti na may background.
