International accounts are handled by Citigroup in PBCom Tower Makati whereas the local accounts would be in Citibank Libis. And if you want to apply sa Citigroup, you can have delinquent cards with any bank EXCEPT for Citibank. Hopw this helps!

hello sweet angel di naman mahirap pero eto process

- initial interview >> madaming nagffall out dito palang so make good sa part na to, usually mga nasa resume mo
- exams >> almost sure kana, mga 1 hour exam personality test, call handling, katulad daw nung exam sa 24/7 sabi nila
- interview with team lead or manager >> team leads ang nginterview skin 2 ***, more on resume padin pero may mga situational questions ***

actually i got interviewed twice during the last part dahil nareprofile ako sa different lob, don't worry, if you get past it madami clang pwedeng paglagyan sayo.

I didn't say anything that I hate the company or what not. For the record, I like everything about the company except the offer thing.

Let's just put it this way, i think you are one of the tenured in the company, then a new guy comes along and was offered the same salary as yours, how would you feel?

Most companies take into consideration the experience, like JP Morgan, 24/7, ANZ and the list goes on...

I'm not taking anything back coz it would be better if they had some kind of matrix rather than the standard 23.5k for everyone.

Why am i so insistent with experience? Why pay an experienced associate? Because more often than not, they will perform better and soon become one of their leaders, not all, but you have a good 80-90% chance.

This is the very reason why I hate call center culture, it's like everything you do today goes into waste tomorrow. You move to another area and you're back to square one.

You might reply that "Kasi bago ka sa company and di mo alam *** product". It's not all about the product. But more of the skill you got out of that experience, how you have become after. That's where the matrix stuff i'm talking about comes in.

As my manager would quote "You need 90% EQ and 10% IQ in the corporate world"...

Hey, I was reading along, new to this Citigroup forum thing (heard good reviews so far on this company from agent peeps) and here's my 2 cents if you don't mind:

1. I agree with kookang_d_flirt, your whole post is contradicting, nakakagulo, hehe. You say, "I like everything about the company...", but you insist on pointing out a flaw (offer thing). Isn't that showing some sort of resentment towards your employment?

2. You're correct, it's not all about the product, rather the skill you get out of that experience and how it molds you after. But I guess what people also have to understand is that not every "experienced agent" or Top Performer means they're a good shoe in to be Managers. Skill-wise, fine, you're good at what you do, but not every performer has the behavioral capacity to handle the skills and responsibilities of being a leader.
I get your point that a fresh grad is getting the same salary as yours but I'm sure may good reason yang Citi siguro for doing so. At least, everyone is treated equal as you start training. And either way, if you believe your experience will help you grow fast or move up the corporate ladder, then why worry, diba? Edi you'll increase your pay faster than those others, most likely, haha.
