I have a feeling that this is going to be a great season after the very disappointing TAR13.

Why, what's wrong with TAR13? I thought it was a good season with more difficult challenges. They also reverted to the original season where they put clues to their next destination, instead of just telling them where to go. TAR13 was one of the better seasons, plus the winning team won because of they were good racers, not because of some luck.

no alpha males again this season. i think they're veering away from the likes of Tyler & James from TAR10, which, i personally think, is the most deserving pair who won (next is Uchenna & Joyce, of course).

I'd consider Rob and Brennan more deserving than Tyler and James

Personally, I consider it disappointing only because Nick and Starr almost always won in every episode and it kind of took away some of the excitement.

In my opinion, the tasks are boring and lame, the locations are lackluster, the teams are boring. They lack likeable teams compared to other seasons. there's no thrill last season. Nick and Starr dominated the whole season.
