Yes. every summer may internship. It will start after first year. 1 month ang duration nya. Mon. - Sat. = 8 hrs. per day. You should complete 200 hrs. of internship since it is a requirement for you to still be regular student sa second year. Ikaw yung pipili and ikaw rin yung pupunta sa mga drugstore companies to apply. HOPE THIS HELPS.

AND STRICTLY NO OVERTIME WORKING. Minimum of 4 hrs. a day and maximum of 8 hrs. a day with a 1-hour break.

Parasitology - Memorization lang to kadalasan. Di naman nagbabago itsura ng mga parasite. Magulat nalang kayo pag naging triangle si Paragonimus westermani.
Biostatistics - Pahirap to sa mga 3rd year. Required kayo gumawa ng research paper/baby thesis sa huli. Kung ayaw mo sa math, humanda ka dito sa subject na ito.
Bacteriology - Toxic. Toxic na ang lab, toxic pa ang lec. hahaha. Sobrang dami niyong kailangan aralin. Hindi lang ang organism mismo ang kailangan sauluhin, kasama rin ang tests, reagent sa tests at reaction ng bawat organism sa bawat test. Naalala ko nung 1st meeting namin diyan, may pinasaulo kagad na 2 pages ng mga organism at common names nila tas quiz kagad kinabukasan. hahaha.
Clinical Chemistry I - Para lang siyang advanced Biochemistry. Galingan niyo sa pipetting.
Clinical Hematology I - Maghanda na kayo para sa information overload. May quota din to sa laboratory kaya bilisan niyo paggagawa ng tests. Medyo exciting lang 'tong subject na to sa mga 3rd year kasi dito na kayo magvevenipuncture. hahaha.
Med Tech Laws & Bioethics - Major/Board Subject din ito. Aaralin niyo ang mga batas regarding the practice of Medical Technology.

Tips? Time management at tamang diskarte lang ang kailangan diyan. Wag lagi aasa sa iba. Matuto na kayo maging independent, since nasa inyo naman lahat ng resources.

From what I've heard... for you to get a high chance of entering UST med school.

You should not have an average of 2.00 on ALL semesters. Your Averages must be atleast 1.75 and above...

Strictly Drugstore Companies na lang pala ngayon.. Nung panahon ko pwede yung sa province basta nag-iissue ng certificates. hehe.

Ang sa major pwedeng sa province pero dapat yung bed capacity is at least 100.
