soli, peeps from DCO were discussing before that Lie could actually make a crossover to country radio. So if Lie were to be officially released as a single, imagine how many radio formats would play it: Top 40, HAC, AC and well, country (that's if they'd consider releasing it to country radio).
DCTR keeps going and going...
Don't mind the SP %, it's based on last week's exaggerated estimate (tipong 150% yata ).Sun, 12/28/2008 - 10:00 — sky1234
DCTR # 18, Light On #39, Bouncy David (vid) #86.
SP percent decrease = -25%.
Amazon = # 10.
Exag naman kasi ang SP with their estimates.
Teka, is it just me or is Crush no longer included in the list of videos we can vote for on VH1?
Ay, patay pala ako kay Your Honors, di pa ako nakaboto!

Despite the fact that they seem to only be crediting DCTR with ~15,000 units sold outside the U.S., this site ranks the album as the 49th best-selling record of 2008 world-wide (note that the site methodology emphasizes these are estimates only, so take this for what it's worth). Still cool to see him in the top-50 after only five weeks, and interesting how artists like Adele, Kings of Leon, Take That, The Killers, etc. are in reality much more successful than we may perceive when when factoring-in international sales.
i woke up quite enlivened. - di kaya'y parang bangag lang ako dahil 6am ako nagising?
a new day! a quiet and lazy Sunday. - quiet and lazy dahil pagkakain ko, natulog ng buoong maghapon. eh kase po ano po bang oras tayo natulog kaninang umaga?
a new hope. to touch someone and be touched. -
a new chance. to learn and unlearn. - dahil matigas ang ulo ko. i've learned that it will take a lifetime to unlearn ALL the bad habits i have learned.
a new home! to be with Pamilyang Cookista

this time alang "kaunti".
"si David Cook po."
Cha: "really?" "as in may bumibili talaga?"
Sales: "araw araw po may bumibili."
Cha: eyes widened, "di nga? as in araw araw?"
Sales: "yes, Ma'am. minsan lima lima."
daig ko pa ang bisor sa pagcheck, ano?
oist, MaDame! namakyaw ka ano?!

^river, Lie is one of my favorite songs in the album. especially the chorus.
so lie to me and tell that it's gonna be alright..
The exit song, being played after every episode (starting sometime during the hollywood rounds I think (?), gets a lot of exposure and hopefully... a boost in sales.
I think for a time they also used What About Now of Daughtry... but not as an exit song... sort of like a featured song.
For season 6 ( I hope I'm right... will check), that's when they used Home as the exit song.
