    How to sue a Father?

I would like to ask anybody’s opinion (legal or not) regarding my long term concern.

My father left us for US when I was still on my mom’s womb, leaving promises to my mom who is actually dependent to him. As for my her gesture to fulfill my father’s dream for a greener pasture, she provide everything she can afford to like lending to private individuals, banks (house & lot as collateral) and SSS loans. My mom left nothing, her siblings blames her for the stupidity and irresponsible acts. No phone calls, no financial support from my dad who didn’t showed up until after 21 years of non existence. My mom still shoulders my father’s debts up to this day for straight 29 years from the time he left.

To legalize his stay in US, he married a Filipina whom she found out as an illegal immigrant like him (my father holds a tourist visa then). They had 3 kids in which his eldest is of my same age now, they eventually divorced and my dad moved immediately to Canada fearing that woman he married will inform his status to US immigration. Through the help of his distant relative who permanently lived in Canada, he changed his whole identity, full name, education and employment records and even his roots. He eventually secure canadian rights. He came back to US as a Canadian national by late 90’s gearing to see his long lost 3 sons. A distant relative of him whom my mom has contact with revealed this story. My dad kept on saying that he never knew my mom was pregnant when he left but how come he denied everything when he exchanges mail with my mom till I was born?.

My father and I saw for the first time after 21 long years. He was nothing to me, treating me as an ordinary fellow. He explained things to my mom just like telling false stories promising my her that he will settle the financial obligations he left then but was just a words hope to me. He never returned call after a year of our struggling and expectations. His 15,000 total loans rose to a million now that caused her legal problems like estafa cases in which she is the guarantor, She was forced to resigned from the bank she works for and wasn’t able to go back to banking industry because of her bad credit standing and shame. My mom can’t afford to settle everything because of the need to raise me(education, food, clothing and shelter). She never remarried and remained single up to now. I’m proud of her.

The reason why I wrote this is to ask advises whether legal or not. I want to sue him for the false identity he gave for the US government and be deported, this is my way to revert the things he did to my mom. Thanks for reading.
